I had my bag lost in Miami on my way down to Lima. We had a very short layover in Lima (where I needed to get my bag) so I ended up flying to Cusco without my backpack and luggage. TIP: have some spanish handy because the customer service for LAN Airlines does not speak much English. THANKFULLY for our...

The Orquidea Real Hostal met my expectations and then some. They employees were very welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. As soon as we arrived they brought us hot tea and a space heater because we mentioned we were cold. The room was very clean and provided the perfect place to stay around our Inca Trail trek. They also...

Great place to stay. We were there before and after our trip to Machu Picchu. They kept our luggage for us. Close enough to the main plaza, a few minute walk, and yet far enough away to be quiet at night. Very clean, nice views of the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Good not water in the shower.

I stayed at Orquidea for three nights and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Edu and all the staff were wonderful and are happy to help with whatever you might need. The hostel itself is lovely with great views of the city. The room in which we stayed was cozy, the bed was comfortable and, most importantly, the hot shower was...

Although this took us most of the morning to find - wow! Was it worth it! The owners are so friendly and welcoming and the room and beds are so comfortable and quiet. We were welcomed with some delicious Coca tea and a personal tour of the hostel. The rooms are very warm and beds are very comfortable

AWESOME!!!! The walls are stone bricks (only one wall), very clean beds, and even includes a fireplace & heater! Very soft and comfy beds! Perfect hot water for the coldness outside. The breakfast is fabulous, too. THERE IS AN AMAZING WI-FI CONNECTION! There is also a very small tv in-room. The blankets are cold but it's still comfy. The only...

This place is more like a hotel than a hostel. I stayed for three nights with a friend, very affordable, close to the plaza, quiet at night. My room has good views of cusco and the mountains behind, a private bathroom with hot water, soap and towells. Decent wifi. The bed is mega comfy and warm. The staff have been...

I cannot say enough positive things about this hostel. The staff were extremely friendly, and very helpful with information about tours and helping arrange taxis. The included breakfast every morning was excellent, fresh juice, tea, coffee, bread and eggs. All very very good. The rooms were large and clean, bathrooms the same. Beds were changed every day, and new towels...

Like what other reviewers have said, it's more like a hotel than a hostel. I went to Cuzco with 2 other friends to hike the Inca trail, and the room that we got was essentially 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and a tiny dining area, all enclosed. We had our own key to a rustic little 2 bedroom suite. The...
