The ladies at reception were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean, had a heater, which was very welcome during the cold nights, three-quarter beds with down duvets, bathroom en suite with hot water. Room had a bar fridge and hotel has a basket with nibbles and drinks in the fridge which you pay for, but convenient. All previous reviews...

A great place to stay in Cusco. Located at the top of a short street with a great cafe at the bottom. I roamed around most of the city and easily found my way back to the hotel. It was close to many places. The staff was extremely helpful with every aspect of our stay (from arranging laundry service, taxis,...

In ideal choice in Cusco - I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. Whilst there are quite a few rooms they are located around a few different courtyards so it feels very small and personal. The staff were incredibly helpful providing a lovely birthday cake for my little girl. If you suffer from the altitude there is a helpful...

We paid for a premium room which was well worth it. The room was clean. We had our own bathroom with lots of hot water. Room was spacious with a small refrigerator. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and hotel staff was very accommodating. The courtyards were beautiful, and the hotel was in the historic district and very close...

Located on a street climbing up, some 10 min. of a easy walk from the main square of Cusco, it opens up to become a very friendly and quiet hotel. Very welcoming; the team was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are top clean, the front desk was helpful in organizing tours : We took 3: 1/2 day city tour -...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is very quaint. The rooms are basic but very clean. Expect hard beds. The breakfast room was great and the food was outstanding. The location was excellent - close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do within the city.

The location is perfectly positioned just away from the busy square. Everything was tidy and clean and the beds are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to avoid a room on the lower level by the entry courtyard as it's quite noisy. Wifi is very spotty.

This hotel is very quiet and safe and it has great character and excellent service. I stayed here with 11 college students and the staff were exceptional. The hotel is professionally run, the rooms are clean, and the location is perfect. I can't imagine finding anything better in Cusco and will undoubtedly return. Breakfast is also very good and they...

Rumi Punku is a hidden gem in a mystical land. Upon arrival, guest are greeted with tea and asked to wait on a comfortable couch where the front desk comes to you! A brief greeting and a few signatures later, guest are whisked away to a beautifully decorated and clean room. Hard wood floors, comfortable beds and great mountain views...

What more can I add to all the fabulous reviews? I Love, love, LOVE this hotel. Lovely and friendly staff, comfy rooms, nice breakfast, (choice of fruits and freshly squeezed juices, eggs made to order) and a beautiful tranquil courtyard. They also have a small computer room (4 computers) for accessing the internet and you can print through the front...
