We made this hotel our home base for our trip to Peru and stayed 3 times in 11 days. The hotel, while not fancy, is extremely comfortable. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The courtyards and plants everywhere are lovely. The staff was extremely helpful with everything from arranging excursions and rides, laundry, restaurant recommendations, and even providing oxygen when...

Loved this place - nice and QUIET!!! Great for our hike as we had to get up at 4am. Our first room was actually too big and didn't like t he jacuzzi shower as it had no curtain and the room was cold but our room at the end of our stay was much nicer. Great breakfast, great location, great...

We stayed 6 nights. Before and after the Inca trail. Very professional staff that were helpful but never solicitous. The building was charming, central and quiet. We had a superior room with a view and the room was spacious and had a lovely big bed. Breakfast was impressive. Staff helped with taxis and recommendations on restaurants etc. could. Or fault...

Fantastic, a historic building with charming courtyards. Spotless clean, very helpful staff. The hotel is central (5 mins walk from Plaza de Armas) but not close enough to be disturbed by noise and festivities - it's on a quiet street two blocks over. Nice breakfast.

This hotel offered us everything that we needed for our stay. The breakfast was perfect, the rooms were very nice, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, about a 5 minute walk from Plaza de Armas. But it is just far away to be away from the crowds. There are local small...

Went to Cusco to do the Inka Trail. Spent two nights before the trek and one day afterwards. They stored my bags while I was gone to Machu Pichu, they found one of my SD cards that left in the room and gave it to me when I was back. Breakfast is great and plentiful.

We absolutely loved our time at Rumi Punku. The staff picked us up from the airport (free of charge) and had a coca tea waiting for us on our arrival to the hotel. The place is very quaint, with a nice living room with a fireplace and cool local art where you eat breakfast, and a courtyard. It stays quite...

Stayed here for a couple of nights before going up to Machu Picchu then for a third night after coming back down. We were in a superior double which was a good size and had Juliet balcony doors which overlooked a pretty courtyard. Decent breakfast which was served early giving us a chance to get away to Sacred Valley before...

Room was comfortable and well appointed, property is beautiful, location is great - just a few blocks to the main square and tons of shops and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating - we did a 3 day hike in the middle of our stay and they stored our bags for us at no charge and had them waiting in our...
