A nice quiet hostel close to the center of town. A good deal but their prices go up for the high season. When I made my reservation, their website still had the prices for the low season listed and when I got to the hostel I was told it was a different price because it was the high season.

This place seems to be run by some retired men. Every time you come in they look at you as if they see you for the first time. It does not feel very welcoming as they dont talk to you. The rooms are OK though. The breakfast is included, but it varies from bread, jam, egg, juice and coffee to... More

Dirty carpet cold not clean awful lighting breakfast was gone by the time we came downstairs. Very noisy. The photos make it look nicer than it is. Good location. I suppose this is fine for a cheapo budget better than camping, maybe. Lady at the desk very nice.

Not a great choice unless budget is your only criteria. Noisy, dusty, uncomfortable rooms. Courtyard covered with a skylight so not a lot of fresh air or vegetation. Daytime desk staff are indeed friendly and cheerful, but the nighttime staff when we arrived was dour and unhelpful. Many better choices in Cusco.

This nice hostel is just 3 minutes from the main square and yet you wont hear any street noise because it is enclosed by tranquil alleys. Wifi was working FAST. The attention of the staff is very warm and you will get basically all you need (except breakfast but there are restaurants, cafes and bakeries all around) for a good... More

Hotel Suecia II is very close to Plaza de Armas, the location is super central and convenient. It is very quiet because it's on a small street where cars hardly travel. The price is cheap and the staff is straight forward. You get what you pay for. There's no breakfast or kitchen. I liked the location and the tranquillity of... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. Yes it got a little cold, and yes the showers could have been warmer but everything was clean and the price was great. The location was also also good. We stayed here a second time when we returned to Cusco.

We checked in and ended up moving to a different hotel (while still having to pay for the night though..) because the carpets smelled, there was hair in our beds, the shared bathroom was flooding, smelly, and really unpleasant. We checked in and tried to deal with the problems before leaving but the woman behind the desk was so unpleasant... More

We had a room on the backside of the building, which was really quiet. The people at the reception were (with the exeption of one extremely uninterested person) really nice, polite and helpfull. I forgot to pick up the laundry that I left at the other side of the street before I went to Aguas Calientes and wouldn´t have time... More
