We stayed here prior to a journey into the Sacred Valley region and upon returning before flying to Lima the next day. We left a majority of our luggage here since there are restrictions with how much you can bring on the train out to ruins. Our luggage was safe and secure and we never felt worried that anything would...

We stayed at this hotel at two different times, and since we had three rooms each time, we had an opportunity to review six different rooms. Pros: 1. Close to the town center and good restaurants. We walked everywhere. 2. Excellent customer service from all staff members. 3. Breakfast opens at 4:30, so if you are an early bird, this...

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Centro Historico and a selection of restaurants. Other than the location, what we enjoyed about this hotel is the very friendly, attentive staff and the charming courtyard lobby. The included breakfast buffet has a nice selection of options although the altitude didn't exactly leave us feeling hungry most of the...

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Cusco and is very charming - it's actually in an old colonial building that has retained much of its original features. Our room was a bit unique because of the nature of the building - very high ceilings with one tiny window near the top of the room and a skylight...

The Novotel in Cusco is very nice. It's in a great location right near all of the important tourist attractions and some very good restaurants. There are other fancier hotels in town but I'm guessing that our travel agent suggested the Novotel because it is clean, comfortable and convenient and hopefully reasonably priced . The breakfast was just ok as...

This hotel is located centrally close to Plaza de Armas and Centro Historico . You can walk everywhere and exploring, and come back to rest. The hotel is in an old colonial house, the rooms are sleek-modern,comfortable with good wi-fi. The restaurant is good, they are serving very early breakfast.

Sometimes Novotels are fancy and sometimes they're kind of...blah. This one is beautiful. It incorporates a gorgeous colonial mansion and a newer building that sticks with the original style.
