The place itself is very cute and in a nice section away from the maddness but easily within walking distance. We had a room on the first floor which made it noisy as night shift did things. That coupled with an uncomfortable bed made it not the best sleeping experience. The staff however was wonderful and very helpful in every... More

Everything about the hotel was great, very nicely decorated, excellent desk service, they were very helpful, and fresh breakfast. Comfortable bed and working heater. It wasn't really far from the city centre (15 minutes walk) in a safe location and good views (if you are lucky to get a room facing part of the city). and very close to the... More

We were very happy with our stay at Wifala. The rooms were clean and modern and the shower was great! There was a wonderful breakfast in the morning and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a bit chilly at night and the heater did not seem to work.

Check in was great. The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful offering plenty of information and speaking good enough English to communicate. And the breakfast was pretty good and server was wonderful! We had laundry to do so we dropped it off around noon on our first day. She said it would be returned the next afternoon.... More

My husband and I spent our first days in Cusco at the Wifala Hotel. The service by the staff was outstanding, Carmen at the front desk and Wilbur at the morning breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and very good. The downside was the location is far from the main square and the rooms small.

This is a wonderful small hotel in Cusco. Interacting with the staff is a pleasure, and they go above snd beyond in taking care of guests. Rooms and bathrooms are compact, but very pleasant. Rooms are decorated in local style. Highly recommeded!

This hotel is a S/.5 taxi ride away from the Plaza de Armas (close to nothing). This means it is QUIET at night. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and efficient (we didn't have much time in Cusco, and tried to see as much as possible). Muchas gracias Monica (y a tu equipo) por... This hotel was hard to find even for our taxi driver. It is located in a bad neighborhood far from anything you would want to see in Cusco. Our room was dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable. The room was no more thematic then any other room we stayed at in Peru. You could hear the wild dogs and people... More

The hotel is nice. Has nice rooms although they are not really big. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is minimal but fine. Staff, especially at night is not capable of fix unusual problems. Day shift was more knowledgeable. Hotel is not located close to the city square (almost no taxi driver knew where it is when I wanted to drive... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights, one before traveling to Machu Picchu and one after our visit. The staff from the hotel is very nice and helpful if you ask for directions or general information. The rooms are very nice and clean. breakfast is included but don't expect a big one. After asking one of the girls... More
