This little B&B has a very kind and helpful staff, especially Gina. There is a full breakfast with eggs cooked to order and Coca tea always available. The rooms are tiny, but very comfortable and there is a heater in the room. The only thing that it is important to be aware of is that it is quite a long...

There appeared to be some miscommunication within the hotel, which put a dampner on our stay. Firstly, having arranged it via email, we had been expecting to be collected from the airport. We waited over an hour and our taxi only arrived when we requested somebody call the hotel. It seemed like they had forgotten about us! When we arrived...

Nice enough hotel, but quite a walk out of central Cusco. Had clean sheets and hot water, although the bathroom was open to the boiler room, which got quite noisy late at night, so earplugs were required.

I've travelled to Cuzco with my girlfriend and stayed here for 5 nights, 3 consecutive and another 2 after our trip to Aguas Caliebtes and Machu Pichu. The hostel is perfect, really clean , rooms are all with different design and breakfast is great. It is close from the center, but in a quiet region, so sleeping is very easy...

Wifala hotel is really comfortable and pretty! The thematic style really matches with such a nice city as cusco. I can't forget to comment about the amazing hospitality of every single staff, mostly from Monica, the owner of the hotel. The hotel is quite near to downtown on foot, around 15 min. In case you're tired it is also cheap...

The Wifala is about a 15 minute walk from the main square where all the action takes place. The staff was great and accommodated our needs as we used the hotel as a home-based. It's a nice small family business.

The reason for this lower rating was because our room was dirty (used shampoo packets, hair, and a candy wrapper on the floor) when we first arrived. After about 18 hrs of travelling though, we decided not to make a fuss. Also at night, the dogs in the small square area just outside were barking non-stop. The walls were thin,...

Very nice, clean hotel located in a safe neighborhood. 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas, which is the main tourist area of sights and restaurants. The staff is excellent, they stored our bags 5 days before our arrival - no questions asked. Breakfast is good, with fresh bread and fruits. Rooms are small, but you have everything you need....

It is cheap and cozy, a great deal in general. If planning to be everyday out, this might be a great option for you. Just keep in mind that is not very close to the downtown so don´t forget to save some spare change for the taxi. Internet and coca tea is free just like almost every place in Cusco.

The best hotel so far we have been in our Peru tour in 2016. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was kind of poor in diversity but it was tasty. Staff helped us with parking our car. Wifi was slow :(
