Woken at 5am by full breakfast being served to guests. Room 307 and 309, and others, overlook the breakfast area. A design flaw because unacceptable when management have no consideration for guests. I have never stayed in such a noisy hotel in my life. AVOID this hotel at all costs. Was with Explore! and have advised them too.

We moved here after staying in a hotel in similar range that was not great. Friendly staff, clean rooms and basic inexpensive minibar so you won't have to worry if you run out of water. We stayed at the back and we didn't have any noise complaints. Breakfast and check out is at 9.00am.

This middle class hotel is about 15 min walking from the city centre of Cuzco. The hotel is ok, with large rooms and good services. The breakfast is just OK, not very special. Staff could be trained better.

Not a bad hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a good selection of food for breakfast which alters every morning. Rooms are very spacious with clean en suits, comfortable beds and a fridge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting cusco.

Stayed here as part of an Exodus trip, I wouldn’t necessarily choose to stay here but there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the hotel. The room was relatively clean, the bed comfortable, my window looked out onto a brick wall, the shower is powerful, and when you get hot water then it’s actually a really good shower. It gets cold... We stayed here as part of a tour company's accommodation for the Inca trail and overall there's a lot of improvement needed. The staff were friendly and tried to help where they could but there was only so much they could do. Generally just a lot of maintenance was needed. When we arrived, some rooms didn't have running water (we... More

The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fine and the free supply of coca tea was great. The only downside is that it's very noisy. We stayed here before and after the Inca Trail and there seemed to be parties going on in the next building every night. We stayed at the front and the back of the... More

The staff is very friendly, hotel is acceptable. Room was ok, little bit humid, has ascensor, included breakfast is average. Since we had to depart to Machu Picchu early in the morning, they prepared a small breakfast to go for us (it was really nice). It's really well located in Tullumayo avenue to 10 minutes walking from Plaza de Armas... More

This hotel was included as part of a tour with Exodus to do the Inca Trail. The hotel is pleasant and the staff are friendly. There is free cocoa tea available all day which helps with the altitude adjustment. Rooms... If you are allocated a room any lower than floor 4 you will not be getting any lie ins. If... More

We got here very early in the morning to avoid the barricades on the roads (strike time, also called "paro" locally). They charged us for early check-in and while I do appreciate they accommodated an unexpected (albeit announced) early arrival, I was extremely disappointed by my room: - huge droughts through the window made the room unbearably cold, even with...
