For 20 soles the dorms are nice. They change the sheets every day and give you a fresh towel and the staff is very friendly. Showers are really hot. Wifi can be hit or miss. When it's good it's great but sometimes it dies altogether. In dorm #6 the bathroom door was broken and they wouldn't fix it so it...

We stayed there quite long as we couldn't find better options in town for a decent price. This one was fine enough. The receptionist is really helpful and friendly although she can be misleading in tours (for exemple we went to hidroelectrica by bus, she told us there would be a stop for pictures and a stop for lunch.. but...

We went there couple days in a row. Went into multiple different rooms. It is realy cold inside. The toilet are always clogged because rules aren't clear enough for everybody ( no paper in toilet it clogs them!) Poor kitchen place, the worst place was into the ''atic'' almost. Matress are worn out. Bed base broken. Poor wifi, Good points...

We had a room for a couple and one single for a friend. Came to 110 soles all together, and you get breakfast! Sure it's pretty basic, but it's a hostel, and a very cheap one. Room was a bit cold, but we visited in May so weather was cold; plenty of blankets etc though. Staff were nice, Wi-Fi worked...

We paid a deposit for 2 nights and arrived for check-in as scheduled. On arrival we found a tick crawling on the bed(!) and brought it down to reception to ask to switch rooms. After blaming us for bringing in the tick (odd, since we had just arrived...) and then saying she knows these kinds of ticks and they're not...

We were here off and on for about 2 weeks and we loved it! The staff are incredibly helpful (special thanks to Reina) and will tend to your every need. We even booked our Salkantay trek through the hostel and it was the best price we could find for what we wanted. The trek was great, and they kept our...

The hostal is about 5 minutes away (uphill) from Plaza de Armas. I only paid 20 Soles for a night in a 4 bedroom with a private bathroom. (I liked room 9 more than room 4 though). Breakfast was included and on the second day we even got pancakes. It was no problem to leave my bag in their hostel...

The location is great but the dorm room very small. Private room on ground floor next to the street is very noisy during the weekend due to the disco near by. Could here people walking and talking when pass by. Hot shower working on and off. Staffs are friendly and informative. The breakfast is good. Have a small balcony with...

This couldn't be a 3 star hotel...the hot water/cold water is unpredictable and inconsistent, you could be freezing in cold water a minute and scalded in the next. No hair dryer excpet the casing in the bathroom..took them a number of reminder persistent asking to get them to find one for us. The lamp casing smelled bad...really bad! It made...

“The rooms, like most rooms in South America, do not have enough windows or natural light. Other than that, it was a good deal.”

“Almost no rooms have sun but not a big matter. Also our room had a problem in which the door locked but would release after a few hard shakes(which was quickly fixed so not a big prob), so always check your room door and if there should be any problems, insist on fixing(they mostly say it´s ok). And remember, closer to the communal area, the noisier.”
