The hotel has a great location, minutes to walk till the main square, in a safe area, surrounded by restaurants and small shops. Large rooms - some of them with beautiful view to the city - clean, good sleep. Basic but nice breakfast and attentive service. Free wifi in the rooms.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff are friendly, breakfast is quite plentiful with a selection of fruit, meats, eggs, and sweets. Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy from the traffic and the traffic police who blow their whistles constantly. There is an Internet computer for guests to use. The hotel will store your bags while your trekking....

Siete Ventanas is a medium-sized hotel located maybe three blocks away from Cusco's main square. This can be both good and bad: good, since you don't have to walk too much to the main square; bad, because often you get traffic around the street (windows can reduce noise, if I'm not mistaken). I've had some trouble with a room I...

We stayed here 4 nights in total, but it was a disappointment compared to all the other hotels we've stayed in Peru. The location is excellent, very close to the heart of the city. The free wifi is ok. However, the rooms are noisy, especially on the 4th floor. There is not a good chair on the room, the toilet...

The hotel was good. Old city feel. The breakfast was nice, and had a wide variety of items. The people at the reception were helpful, and could understand english. The room heating could be improved a bit.

If you are in three star standard hotels, the Siete Ventanas was good enough and the location made it easy to go to most of places. I know that people complains about the noise, but I was in another one before and was also noise. The manager of the hotel explained that the entire city of Cuzco is noise and...

Sadly this hotel lacks any character at all. I was there for a total of 4 nights, and didn't enjoy it much at all. If you aren't on the 5th floor, you're in a cave, and thinking about it, the 5th floor is the only floor to book. Breakfast pretty average, no variation at all, and sometimes a surly staff....
