Our group of 7 adults stayed for 5-6 nights and had no complaints. The rooms were medium sized, clean, and restrooms worked well. Great water pressure and hot water in my room. The staff was friendly and the laundry service was quick to turn our dirty clothes around. The open courtyard allowed us to meet our tour guides easily and...

The location is very good, close to the city center and Main Square, and you can find lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was nice and helped us with all our concerns. They have a baggage storage, so we were able to leave part of our luggage while we did the Inca Trail. Breakfast was good and...

The location of the hotel is great. Really close to the town square. Hotel entrance, dining room, and rooms are clean and comfy. Front desk personnel is very slow and unorganized. Breakfast food was fine, if you could get any. Dirty tables needed to be cleared off, Food was very slow to be refilled, had to wait for clean plates...

We stayed four nights visiting Cusco. The staff is efficient. Breakfast is promptly served since early hours. Rooms are quiet since none of them faces the street. Close enough to Main Plaza but not that much so there is not a tourist crowd as in other places.

On arriving at the hotel, centrally located, quickly became aware of the altitude, so took advantage of the plentiful supply of coca tea. We were on the third floor. The lift goes to the second, so a short trip up to our allocated bedroom. Great view from our window and good sitting area on this floor, also with great view...

If you are headed to Cusco, I highly recommend this location. It is in walking distance to some wonderful shopping and eating establishments. There is a morning continental plus breakfast served, and the coffee is fabulous. There are English-speaking staff available to help the traveler.

Our room on the first floor right above the breakfast room was somewhat noisy late at night and early morning. We requested an other and god this per first availability and without extra charge. The hotel and rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The staff of this hotel made our stay very convenient, was flexible and hospitable.

Room 311 is near to a smoking area. Also, there are rooms in the lobby area, as well as some noisy ones in the 2nd floor. Workers are friendly. Breakfast is also reasonable, location is very convenient
