We stayed here for 4 nights, on arrival there was someone outside the airport with our name on to take us to the hotel. Straight in to our clean and lovely room, boiling showers and good service on reception. Got asked each night what we wanted for breakfast each morning and what time. It was delivered to our room each...

Couldn't fault this hotel or the staff at all. Picked up from Cusco airport on time and taken to the hotel where you can check in at 9am which was perfect for us. The manger/owner explained everything in very good English. Breakfast in the morning was AMAZING!! Eggs, orange juice, tea, yogurts (the best part), fruit and ham. Showers were...

Lovely rooms, hot water, helpful staff, great breakfast, airport transfer arranged by hotel, free coca tea - a really nice place to stay. A little far from the centre, but not a problem as taxis are so cheap.

Cusco, a place to stay if you want to visit one of the 7 Wonders of the World - Machu Picchu. With this, I would suggest for all travelers out there who's on a budget to stay in Hotel Unumizu, simply because their staff are nice, rooms are clean and awesome breakfast.

We found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel contacted me before I left home to get my travel info so they could have a Taxi at the airport waiting. Even though our flight was 45 min late the was a fellow with our name on a board waiting. We had tickets for the train to Machu Picchu...

Great hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are nice and clean. When I went to Machu Picchu they even made a lunchbag for me to bring. Free pickup to and from the airport. Definetly to recommend!

My fiance and I stayed in this hotel for our Peru adventure June 2016. We believe this hotel has it all for an amazing price, it's conveniently located and they'll gladly hail you a company cab that's dirt cheap to take you to the center, bus station or anywhere in the city you wish to go. They have FREE airport...

Were it not for the acoustics, I would give this hotel a 5, but it is true that this place is not meant for the light sleepers. Too bad, because the rooms are very clean and comfortable, well appointed, and spacious. If there was a time that sheets and towels were not up to par, then I would say that...

I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Unumizu. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was incredibly helpful - they arranged transportation for us to the train station, gave us great dining recommendations, and even brought breakfast to our room at 5:00 before our train to Machu Picchu. If you are going to stay somewhere in Cuzco, stay...

I felt mislead by other reviews here, and I should have read the reviews with the poor ratings in more details prior to booking. This is more like a hostel. The staff is extremely friendly, but my husband and I felt unsafe in the area, and had to check out after only one night. Surrounding area has no restaurants or...
