Very nice staff whom also speak English. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Tv in room with CNN english. Wifi was not very strong in room. I actually had stronger signal from reception area 1 floor below. It is about a 15 min walk to centro which is a little inconvenient if here a few days. Safe area for walk to...

This hotel was very nice! The staff was friendly, from the get go, they have free shuttle service. The receptionist was really nice! They give you coca tea to counteract the altitude sickness. The room was surprisingly amazing, unexpectedly roomy, it was incredibly clean. I loved it!! The price you cannot beat in the area, i got through booking.Com. They...

From the moment we walked in the staff was surprisingly extremely friendly, welcoming and ready to assist. They made you feel as if we knew each other. Have extra special attention to the kids. It was the cheapest hotel in Cusco and included breakfast and a lift to the airport the next day. It offers oxygen for those who need it and is a quick taxi ride from teh town...

This hotel is such a good value. The rooms are clean with heat and hot water in the sink (a rarity in budget accomodations). Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. The only negative for me was a bit long walk to the center, part of the way on very narrow sidewalks.

They blamed us for a little crack in our window when we didn't do it and made us pay 150 soles for them to fix it. Our friends staying in the room directly above us had glass in their bed proving it was something thrown at the windows from the outside to break them and they still wouldn't agree that...
