Hotel is nice, rooms our nice, staff is excellent but just too loud. Disco clubs are all around and you can hear the thumping of music all night until 4 am. The staff was nice about it and also seemed pissed off about it. Find somewhere not close to the plaza if you are a light sleeper. Too bad because...

A wonderful location, just off the main plaza in Cusco. Staff were friendly and welcoming, with a complimentary airport pickup (email in advance to set it up). Easy walking distance to the city sights and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, with either view of the central courtyard inside the hotel (common in Cusco) or onto the street. Beds are firm and...

We stayed all together for 5 nights in this hotel. The hotels is centrally located, about 2 minutes from the central plaza. The rooms are nice, but each room is a little different. They are not extremly spacious but have everything you need. Breakfast (served from 5 am to 10 am) is very good Wifi works well. When 2 persons...

Loved the hotel. Changed our resort at the last minute, as we were looking for a quiet area with comfortable bed and a little more then the hotel we came from. This hotel was amazing, and a great price. The bed was comfortable, the room and hotel was modern and clean. The customer service was very helpful also. Would definitely...

I am not an avid review writer on here, but always check other peoples reviews before I book and I am surprised it scores so well. The staff are friendly and helpful like everyone says, but the hotel is very small and cramped. The rooms have no windows on the outside just ones that open into a courtyard, which tends...

We haven't finished our stay here yet but I wanted to write my review anyway. Having just spent time in Rio de Janeiro in a pretty unfriendly hotel it was fantastic how we were greeted at Tierra Viva. We trudged up the hill across the Plaza with our luggage and not being used to altitude, this was a struggle for...

Stayed here after visiting Machu Picchu. Rooms had no exterior windows they looked into rooms across the hall. Very noisy hotel, you could hear everything! Bed had a dip in the middle that my husband and I kept rolling into. They had oiled the woods in the room that got all over you and your stuff, didn't smell very good....

Located 2 blocks from Plaza de Armas, this lovely hotel in an ancient colonial house offers beautiful and cozy rooms with all the necessary amenities (great beds, modern bathrooms), and a nice buffet breakfast in their covered patio with a fireplace. Staff was really friendly and helpful, as is usually the norm in Peru. Be aware that there is a...

We stayed at Tierra Viva Cusco Plaza before and after hiking the Inca Trail. The service was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, if not overly large. (The two we stayed in each had lift sitting areas which were cute but not terribly useful.) Breakfast is par for the course. The hotel is indeed located very near Plazas...
