We stayed in the Maytaq Wasin Hotel in June. Unfortunately my wife was sick but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Reception, housekeeping and the restaurant staff all first class. The hotel is located in a good position, only two minutes walk from the city square.

The hotel was nice and clean, stopped here on the way to and from Machu Picchu so saw two different rooms. The restaurant and room service was very good and not over the top prices, there was always fresh drinking water in reception along with tea through the day. The staff were friendly and very helpful and even made an...

Good location for central square and cathedral. Helpful staff and great food when ordered room service reasonable priced, plentiful and tasty. Plenty of wardrobe space, beds very comfortable. Heating doesn’t come on until 7pm sometimes we were cold – We went in April. The only negative point about this hotel was the bathroom. Horrible grey concrete tiles and not very...

It was easily the best-looking hotel we stayed at during our short trip in Peru. We were so excited for some fancier, newer accommodations! One of the best things about the hotel was the free, filtered water in the lobby. An eco-friendly water dispenser sits next to a hot water thermos and coco leaves. I appreciated their message about their...

Enjoyed this small hotel, very central for free time in Cusco and base for excursions. Staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed Cusco very much and had no trouble when walking about during the day or in evening. Lots of places of interest to visit within the town. Beautiful squares to sit in.

Since the very beginning, the staff was helpful even by email. Andrea had a great detail (and patience) by getting our tickets to Machu Picchu (thank you so much!) Once we arrived, they were always welcoming and Joel was an exceptional advisor on what to do, what to take and where to go. He also was kind by providing us...

Maytaq Wasin is only a minute's walk from the central square in Cusco and has a rooftop terrace that offers wonderful views across the city and surrounding mountains. Coca tea and water are provided free for all guests and the staff were always professional, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good (scrambled eggs cooked to order, recommended!) and our twin...

Stayed for three nights....very nice place. Close to the Plaza de Armas, and all sorts of shopping. Easy walking to many of the "things to see"... Room was nice...not fancy, but good enough. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good.... We would stay there again!

Very close to the town center and lots of shops nearby. Family of 6 with 2 rooms and they were clean and had a more modern feel. The rooftop terrace was great for sunbathing and taking 360 degree photos. Staff always making sure we had water and coca tea. Highly recommend.

My sister and I stayed at Maytaq during our first visit to Cusco. This hotel is really nice and pretty. The views from the upstairs balcony of the city, especially at dusk is stunning. The staff are very friendly, the food is amazing and the overall ambience is great. Would highly recommend it to everyone! 😆
