My experience was very good, it's a colonial house(in other words -old), but service is very good and the ubication is Wonderful, very close to plaza de armas and the colonial part of the city (must walk around)dont stay in the bedrooms facing the street its to noisy. Another plus buffet for breakfast ( :) ) really tasty!

My friend and I stayed here 2 nights on our way to visit Machupichu. The staff is friendly and very helpful . The buffet breakfast consists of fruits, eggs, yogurts and sweet rolls. The showers are excellent with hot water and good pressure .It is conveniently located within walking distance of the plaza and markets . The rooms are clean...

We had a great time here. Nice clean rooms with heating. Great bath tubs and huge comfy king bed. Breakfast was good. Wifi was a little flaky but to be expected. Staff were wonderful - very helpful. They helped us to arrange taxis and were very welcoming.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Cusco. Really close to everything! Comfortable room and beds, GREAT breakfast spread. The service was above and beyond. We found out that the train to Machu Picchu only allows one small bag per person, no suitcases. In order to avoid any problems at the train station, we asked the hotel if we could...

My husband and I along with two other couples that we were traveling with stayed here before and after we hiked the Inka trail. The hotel sent someone to pick us all up at the airport, which was extremely helpful. Staff also held our extra bags free of charge while we were on the hike. One of the rooms that...

We recently stayed at the Hotel Rojas for a week. We booked a "suite matrimonial" for the entire week. When we arrived we were informed that our room was not available because the guest that was scheduled to check-out was ill & unable to travel. We accepted another (less expensive room) for one night. I'm glad we did because we...

Okay, I'll get the negatives out of the way up front: The wifi can be problematic - but I'm not a slave to it so I didn't mind the ups and downs - overall - when I needed it it was there - sometimes that meant going to the courtyard for a few minutes where the signal is strongest. And,...

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights on a recent stay in Cusco. I would avoid room 109 if you can as it is right next door to the kitchen and they begin working early in morning for the 6am breakfast. The breakfast is sufficient with a good variety, even fresh cooked scrambled eggs. The staff are very friendly...

This hotel was selected for us by our tour operator. We stayed a total of three nights. It is a block from the main square, close to everything, has a market right across the street which was convenient. The rooms are quaint, beds are comfortable, clean place, flat screen tv with cable, breakfast is very good with lots of options...

This is a nice reasonable family run hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable but not fancy. They are doing some work to improve the center courtyard, which was a minor inconvenience. The location is great in the city center. They customer service was excellent. They really care about there guests and it shows. They were so nice and kind at...
