Arrived first day at 6am, could check in without problem. Had some problems, but we don’t really speak in Spanish, but succeed to explain them, they phoned hours for us helpfully (In 3 days 2 times). Really gently, helpful staff. The only negative thing, that in the reception they don’t really speak English (as in latin America everywhere, so its...

Believed to Tripadviser reviews and choose Yanantin Guesthouse. Booked superior room and expected good accommodation. Superior room was in basement level, with windows watching in stairways. Very small window over bed because of underground level of room. Wardrobe is just 2 doors on alcove. No hot water in the bathroom. Staff explained that have to open tap and wait. We...

I stayed here for four nights prior to a Machu Picchu trek. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. The room was fine; very comfy bed and hot water for showers. They provide a space heater which was absolutely necessary. It gets very chilly at night in Cusco. The location is very convenient to the city Centre.

We stayed here after Machu Picchu - we arrived at midnight but were awoken at 5am by staff hoovering, then 6am by dragging of furniture and shouting by staff. I asked politely for them to hoover later - but they said they had to do it then. We asked to change rooms but staff said no. Absolutely exhausted, I tried...

Hello, I appreciate your opinion. I will reply to all the problems that you say. The noise from 5am, actually is not so laud, is the truck that picks up the garbage of the city, we have to throw trash for the hotel is not contaminated. This is a service that gives the municipality and does so in a few...

On a 5 minute walk to plaza de armas, Yanantin is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The hot shower is appreciated, since it is not common in Peru. Also there is a small heater in the room, which is helpfull for the cold nights in cusco. Breakfast including eggs and fresh juice, and coca tea available all day. Very nice...

Before going to the hotel, we tried to call for some informations, twice, the receptionist hanged off when we couldn't understand everything. Once we arrived at the hotel the staff was rude and really unhelpful! They speak no English as well so it's really hard to communicate if you have a basic Spanish. We payed for a superior room and...

Staff was super attentive. We stayed in one of the rooms upstairs (204). Adorable little room, one of the few places we stayed in Cuzco that already had a heater in the room. Shower was hot & had great pressure. They also had high quality toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was enjoyable as well.

Spent one night in room 101. The staff were very helpful and gave us tea for altitude sicknesses once we walk through the door. The room was a bit cold but they do provide a heater. The room was one of the biggest and nicest on our tour. At night we could hear everything at the front desk so you...

Very clean, very comfortable. The rooms were small, but cozy. The shower was amazing. It had great pressure and got very warm (after a few minutes of heating up). Heaters and cable TV in the room. Some of the rooms face the street and have large windows, so it can be a little noisy if there are people outside. Breakfast...

Stayed here for a few nights and had a very spacious room with a really comfy large bed. Only complaints were that the floor boards were very creaky and loud in the room and coffee and "hot water" at breakfast were both cold every day we were there. Nice, helpful staff and very clean rooms.
