We arrived at the hostel, tired from a long bus ride, and when we go to the room, the bathroom curtain was on the ground. We asked them to fix it for us, but this wasn't fixed until the next day, so we had to end up taking a shower with no curtain, in a COLD bathroom. After this, things...

Small rooms with hot water, tv cable, accessible kitchen to cook something at night and have some tea (Cusco is cold at night), spaces with sofas to share with other travelers and good breakfast at a central restaurant. The staff was pretty kind too.

Good breakfast It was a pleasure staying there, I will come back again. We also did the tours with theirs agency. Thanks Pirwa Suecia and Pirwa Travel.

Location is perfect, just 1 minute from Plaza de Armas. There are many bars and restaurants, shops, banks, tour agencies around. The room was very basic, not so big for three persons. Quite cold, without windows. But reasonable prices. In the common area you always can find coca tea, wifi, free computer with internet access. The breakfast was served in...

Very cosy and friendly. We've been here for seven nights and the other guests were nice as well. There was a very welcoming introduction, for my group. The hostel was ever so clean, also the rooms for my group. The hostel was in the corner of the main square of Cuzco (Plaza de Armas) I'm definitely going to try to...

Thank you for your review. We're glad that everything else was to your liking, but we're sorry about the cold. I'm afraid that heating can't be installed in buildings like ours, which is older and located in the city's historical center. However, we have purchased additional portable heaters, which will be available to all guests in reception, upon request. There's...

We stayed at the Pirwa Suecia for 4 nights. They are right off of the Plaza de Armas, very centrally located and within walking distance of everything. The place is clean and the common area is nice and inviting but it was freezing inside. The rooms are simple and have a small electric heater but the whole hotel is in...

If you're in town for the Inca Trail, staying in this hostel before the trek is the way to go. To get acclimatized, you have to walk around town and let all the colours and festivities sink in and this hostel is in a great location. Plus, all the services that they offer are catered to backpackers and trekkers who...

I stayed at the Pirwa Suecia upon return to Cusco from Machu Picchu. The location cannot be beat, literally steps away from the manin square in Cusco and close by restaurants and a Peru Rail location. The rooms were a decent size but could have been better. I stayed at another hostel earlier in Cusco, much nicer rooms, same price...
