This not hotel, just pension. Located on very bad location, faraway from everywhere. Room not clear. Also we book hotel by hotel.de and got price 14 sol , but by checkout was charged 140 sol, manager say that some mistake on web site, we know about this mistake only on checkout. Never come back.

Really helpful and kind staff. I felt like home! Useful services available: bus tickets, laundry, food delivery, touristic materials, free wi-fi. Good location: walking distance from the Plaza de Armas, a shopping center, and a set of restaurants. I recommend it!

I've just finished up a month of traveling through Peru and found this to be the friendliest hotel we stayed at. Antonio was very helpful about cabs, sights, and helping us find the tourist police station (needed after a bad deal with a dodgy Cusco travel agent!). The room was clean and comfortable, the outdoor courtyard was a great setting...

I just recently returned from Peru and stayed several nights at this hotel. Overall the hotel was excellent. The rooms very clean and comfortable. My only conplaint about the room was the bed - a bit concave which can really bother your back. The breakfast was one of the best. The staff, in particular, Jose, was very accommodating and extremely...

We loved this place. Its an old mansion they have turned into a small hotel. They have a nice inner courtyard and it even has a humming bird nest on one of the lamps. You take your breakfast there on the terrace so it was nice watching the hummingbird flit from flower to flower. The breakfast was fine, fresh Peruvian...

The location is a bit "far" from city center. The rooms are nice, the staff is very friendly (they speak french, english and spanish of course). The breakfast is correct. The price and tours are alright. Colca Canyon tour for 35$us/pax. Good stay with them.

Usually statements like this would be an overstatement, but in our experience it was true (and we experienced much kindness all over the country and in neighbouring Bolivia). The owners were beyond friendly - friends! I really cannot begin to thank them for their kindness, to the extent that I would like to return to Arequipa one day just to...

We stayed in Posada Nueva España for 1 night in May after a tour to Colca Canyon. The hotel is in a quiet street and we didn’t feel dangerous walking around (although the owner told us to use a taxi after dark if crossing the bridge). The room was beautiful and comfortable, although sometimes the WiFi reception might be weak...

We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2011. I would definitely stay there again on a future trip. I prefer smallish hotels that are family run, because I feel I get a more personal experience when I travel to unfamiliar places. Posada Nueva Espana was perfect. The location was great--about a 10 minute walk to the main plaza and...

We arrived in the hotel after a trip into the colca canyon. The room we had, looked a little bit used but it was very clean. They have a littly sunny terrace where in the morning the breakfest is served. Unfortunatly the WiFi works not in our room but well on the terrace. Sitting there they served us coca tea...
