Brilliant balcony, great stone interior and wood floors! Very tastefully decorated with clean sheets. Fantastic tv and wardrobe space. Computer available for use in communal area. Great breakfast space and sun terrace. Location was amazing! The staff were quiet but helpful.

We had just stayed 2 nights in Arequipa and found this casa from lonely planet in the last minute. The room is big and beautiful; water of the shower is hot enough; the staff was friendly and smiley helped to arrange couples of taxi efficiently. In terms of value, we have nothing to complain about. Especially for the location, it...

The location and architecture of this property is exceptional. In the classic white stone, arched ceiling style of Arequipa buildings, you really get the feel of staying in a stone house, floor to ceiling. We were, however, disappointed with the friendliness of the staff. Each of the three front desk staff we encountered always seemed to be inconvenienced whenever we...

The hotel is situated next to the Plaza de Armas of Arequipa. The location is splendid. We had a chance to stay in two rooms. One had a tiny window to the roof, another did not have a window at all. But in return both were silent, I guess. The building is a typical white stone building of Arequipa. I...

This is a lovely hostal/hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff/owners. Due to my trip to Colca Canyon I only slept in my bed for about 4-hours due to the early morning bus! However, the location is amazing and the owner was kind enough to hold a room for me until my return. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with the place. Staff friendly and did stay up till 2.00 am when we got in from a late bus. Room was huge. very dusty cramped bathroom. Poor shower head. Breakfast was two rolls with bread and jam and a fruit juice. Room did have a balcony that looked onto Plaza Armas and suffered therefore from noise all...

Super frustrating...no communication from staf about the situation. First it was 30mins, then we're calling, and this morning still no water! Lame, lame, lame! One of the four top selling points on their flyer is "Agua Caliente las 24hrs" : / the main reason to book here besides location. Who cares how close you are to the plaza if you...

I loved this little hotel just for the charm alone. It's full of character with airy rooms, great shower, strong free WIFI with electrical sockets aplenty (3 of us travelling and charging all our phones/cameras had been an issue at other places). Breakfast is bread and jam and if you like your coffee hot and strong you will be dissapointed,...

My 14-year-old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the Casablanca. The staff were totally wonderful--helpful at every turn (keeping our luggage, recommending a travel agency, help with the wifi). We had hot water! (this is unusual in Peru) We were in the center of town! (so if you don't like the noise, don't stay) We had a balcony on the street!...
