Stayed 3 night in private double bedroom with bathroom. It's very simple and the people are happy to welcome you. A good value money.

I enjoyed the stay. We had pancakes, eggs, jam, bread, coffee, tea for breakfast. I think thats really good for Peru. Also I liked the room which was big enough. I had all the time hot water, great! I liked it:-)

Stayed here one night. It was meant to be two but on arrival it seemed our room wasn't available. We were advised to go into town for some lunch which seemed fair enough. An hour or so later they had found our room. We had asked for and were confirmed by email for a double/matrimonial room with a private bathroom....

They gave us a really big room on the second floor. The place was very quiet and safe. The staff was helpful and tried to speak english. The...

I was a solo traveler and the hostel staff (family) helped me...

OK, beds a bit soft. Sheets and blankets have seen better, younger days. Definitely a hostel-type place. Looked clean enough but felt a bit rundown.

Although I cannot speak to the Ollantaytambo location, I was horrified when I walked into the lobby of their Arequipa location. Not only was it dirty with customers wearing headlamps since the lights upstairs were not working properly (it was 9pm), the immediate neighborhood left much to be desired. From the little we could see in the dim lobby there...
