Why does this place look like an airport or Bank. No good website, no good photos that look inviting at all. Does anyone understand architecture for relaxing vacations. This is not it. I wnt there to check it out, and yep looks like an institution, not at all interested . Another resort up North...Termes De Papallacta ....better understands the importance...

You really have to review this great place in context. It is a small hotel sitting on top of a natural volcano spring! So you get a good feel of the natural, raw, beauty of the region. Very relaxing and the people are friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and affordable. Surprisingly, you get wi-fi! Highly recommended. We will visit again,...

Had a great 2 night stay here last month. The hotel is perfectly clean, the beds comfortable and the staff more than helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pools and even more so the breakfast in bed the next morning. The price of the hotel is more than reasonable and the fact that the use of all of the pools is...

This hotel was recommended to me by a recently made friend and we had a great 2 night stay. As soon as we arrived we where shown a choice of 2 rooms so we could choose which we preferred. This was a first for me and a really nice touch as the rooms differed in layout and style. Next up...

Terrible!!! Do not stay here. I have lived in Ecuador for 3 years and am totally used to the lack of service available in the country. We made a reservation 3 days in advance online and the owner called the next day to confirm the reservation. I told him through his website that we should be arriving between 5pm -...
