Bilingual staff speaks English really well. They are very accommodating and they provide full concierge service. They give directions, call taxis for you, etc. We were able to leave my husband's huge climbing bag here while we went to visit other parts of Ecuador for over a week at no charge. We decided to spend our last night here before...

We stayed twice, each for 3 nights, in the deluxe rooms in the new tower. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable; really appreciated the little bar fridge and the table and chairs too. Bathroom had a separate bath and shower; a really good shower but a design flaw meant the water always leaked onto the floor. Reception staff spoke excellent...

No complaints at all about this hotel. Very pleasant experience. We arrived very late and were given a room upgrade on a high floor with great views of the city. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Very nice hotel with very friendly, professional, bilingual staff. Room was comfortable however the bed was firm in our first room. Had great breakfast of fresh fruit, juices, bread, and a few hot dishes. Rooms facing Av. Amazonas are noisier at night and in the morning than those facing the side street.

We stayed at Reina Isabel for our first 3 nights in Quito. The room, located in the main tower, was spacious and clean. The breakfast, included in our rate, was delicious; it was probably our favorite part of the hotel! All of the hotel/restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was because it...

The hotel is centrally located in La Mariscales area known for dining and nightlife. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and modern. There is some street noise even at the top floor; but it did not affect our sleep. The free breakfast is expanded continental type with scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, and drinks. Our rooms are located...

This is well located hotel. Good service and breakfast. Be sure to stay and the new alley rooms or in the old one. O preferred the new ones, they are modern, warm and more comfortable. The old alley is cold, and you dont want to stay in older rooms. Remember Quito's wheater is cold all along the year.

The hotel is well situated in the Mariscal district, known for shopping, restaurants, and karaoke in the evening. The food is good but somewhat pricey, and the staff eager to please. Nearby is a terrific coffee shop and lavanderias. If tired of the Mariscal scene, taxis are easy to hail and charge under $5 to get to the old center.

Excellent location in the Mariscal district of Quito, where you can safely walk through the night entertainment district with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Reina Isabel. It is well located in the heart of Quito's New Town, in easy walking distance of El Ejido Park and the Mariscal district.
