We ( my husband, 3 teenage sons and I) stayed here for one night at the beginning our our trip to Ecuador and again the last night at the end of our week. The management allowed us to extend our checkout time until 8pm (for a fee equal to a half day) since we had a midnight flight out of...

A nice small hotel in a quiet location a few blocks away from La Zona. It's just a couple of blocks to the EcoVia bus line that provides a quick transport to the centre of Quito. There are several restaurants nearby and if you really want to go to the Mariscal it is about a 10 minute walk. The rooms...

Frankly, I was a little amazed by the staff at Eugenia Hotel in Quito. They went above and beyond in absolutely every way. I actually stayed there two different nights as a stopover to and from Galapagos... The staff is not just friendly, they are accommodating for just about any request, to the point that I ended up asking myself...

This was our first hotel in our two week trip to Ecuador. What a great introduction! It reminded me of old world charm. It was clean, the young people were all totally helpful and friendly, (even though not all the staff spoke English, whoever manned the front desk was always someone who did) the breakfast each morning even though always...

We checked out yesterday after 3 nights at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It is located near some very good restaurants and parks. Fruit and eggs for breakfast each morning were included in the price. Dinners were available at a price but we never ate there. Computers and wifi were free. I would stay there again....

It was a nice hotel, nothing fancy but good basic accomodations. I really like the location. Internet connections in the room could be better but overall good value.

I was in Quito on business last month (October 2011) for 5 days and enjoyed the experience of staying at Eugenia Hotel very much. After getting acclimated to the altitude (I reside in Florida at sea level) all went very well. Their front desk staff were all very professional, spoke perfect English, and guided me in my daily excursions around...

We had a layover in Quito and needed a clean quality hotel . Robert sent a taxi for us when we arrived and had a taxi for us the next morning. Even though breakfast does not begin till 7am he arranged for juice and coffee for our early morning departure. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. To me...
