It is not good value for the price you pay. Stayed in a room giving onto the road with nice balcony but noisy as main road not far and night club district. Decoration is pleasant traditional with a small inner court garden that is not really usable. The staff are at your service. Do not buy any drinks they offer...

The place is super cute and made with a lot of detail to make you feel home. The rooms are small but so comfortable. I really enjoyed it. It is also close to one of the main busy night live areas, sometimes you can hear it but I thought it was ok. Very good value for price.

The property is centrally located in the Mariscal district so it was always an easy walk or short taxi ride anywhere. The property itself is beautifully unique, breakfast was always great and staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We left feeling like we had made new friends in this incredible country. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

A colorful architecture adorned with warm colors. A very pleasant staff, reasonable amenities. The breakfast is healthy natural, fresh fruits, Ecuadorian coffee. The b&B is about a block from clubs, a square where everyone gathers at night, very lively, fun. Nevertheless the hotel is still pretty quite. I would definitely go back.

I stayed here for a few days while in Quito on business. It was centrally located and well situated in the Mariscal neighborhood, which offers a lot of restaurants and coffeeshops. It's also not far from the Historic Downtown area. The staff was very friendly and the breakfasts (included in the price of the room) were filling: fruit/yogurt/granola with bread,...

Excellent staff that were very helpful. Stayed two nights. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee, tea, juice, yogurt with fresh fruit and granola, eggs. Close to many bars and restaurants but in a quiet part of the street. Room was great. Shower nice and hot. Had laundry facilities at a very good price. Great decor. If I had to give a negative...

This B&B is really cute and cozy. Rooms are small but the furnishings are very simple and cute. They have lovely bed spreads. All the little things in the room make it feel very warm. Inexpensive in terms of price. Close to everything. You may have to walk about 15 minutes but you see many things. Owner is pretty friendly....

Very good place to stay a few nights. If you want to buy some handcrafts there is a little shop inside but to expensive there are places cheaper but if you are busy is a good option. Very close to downtown. The breakfast could be better. There's not cable in the rooms. But in general the price is acceptable.

First of all, it was nicer than the hostel where we stayed the previous night. We stayed as a group in several rooms for six nights. Do NOT stay in room 35, which is directly over the front desk, meaning you hear the telephone ring at all hours. Some previous commenters didn't like the breakfast, but it must have been...

We spent five nights here. They were waiting for us at the airport and we had a pleasant ride into the city. The room was not spacious but, perfectly adequate with some shelves. A few hooks would have been nice. The bathroom was small. Our room was upstairs with one small window. The stairs are narrow. The wifi worked great....
