We stayed twice at this hotel for 2 night each. We were in room 359 both times. We were comfortable even though there is no climate control as we kept our door to the balcony open most of the time. The beds were comfortable. Room service was nice to have for one of our meals. Since it is at the...

The labby is clean and spacious. Restaurant on top floor has excellent view and breakfast is very good. Some in the front desk are very friendly and helpful, some don't. The room facing the street is very noisy and we had uncounted times being waken up. Room is under 3-star standard, bathroom definitely needs to be remodeled.

Nice place with great pool, location in a nice area, rooms are average, but do include pura water. Weekends are noisy because of the nightclub near by,may want ask for a room away from that, there breakfast is terrific with an unbelieve view. There is a MINNI mart right a block turn right 100ft,then left, has wine(VINO) box and bottle ,beer as a...

The location is perfect and is not too far from the Mariscal district. A cab to the Mariscal district will cost less than two dollars .The food at the hotel is expensive but there are small cafes and restaurants nearby. The restaurant on the top floor offers a great view of Quito. The staff is friendly and the service is...

Hotel Quito is a good choice for convenience to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and offer the needed amenities. As everyone has commented, the breakfast is very good and the views are impressive. The service was very good.

Not just overpriced, grossly overpriced. Also, oversold as a luxury hotel. Rooms are pretty spartan. Every "amenity" used, such as the pool, is an additional charge. Breakfast is good, but not $12 each good. Exorbitant for Ecuador. Does have ancient dining room on top floor with a great view.

Very nice hotel right in the centre of the city. Service very pleasant and the coffee and bar are very welcoming and comfortable. Booked for 2 nights, ended up staying 3 due to my flight being cancelled. The front desk staff was great though. I guess I would give the hotel another try, I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel Quito is a giant LIE. Do not believe their website. They make this hotel out to be a luxury 5 star hotel which it is certainly not. The real 5 star hotel is the JW Marriott. The real situation 1. This hotel DOES NOT have air conditioning. This is HUGE. The rooms are like a sauna. If you...

This is a nice hotel in Quito but our first night was plagued by a very loud booked party in the ballroom that went until 2:00 am! Granted the hotel offered to let us sleep in another room but by that time I didn't want to move all of my things. I couldn't believe that they allowed such a loud...

Poor customer service. Explained to the front desk several times that the rate was incorrect and they did not budge - they spent more time arguing than making sure the customer was happy. They also charge per person so if you have two people in a room they want to charge you an extra 25 dollars which is ridiculous. They...
