I spent twice 2 nights at this hotel, and I can only highly recommend it. No flaws at all. The concierge even helped to get my watch fixed. I did not have time to go to the shop due to business commitment and I left my watch with the concierge. 2 hours later it was back and fixed. Great job!...

The staff is very warm, welcoming and always smiling. Big rose bouquets at the entrance give the place a very special feel. For our family of four they were accommodating enough to give us two interconnected rooms which had two queen size beds in one room and a larger than king-size bed in the other which was quite convenient. The...

Stayed here for two nights - very nice room, with all facilities as expected. Our room had views over the entrance, good beds, English language TV. The porter showed us how to operate the very "posh" blinds! Quiet Had dinner in the main restaurant the first night - very good with pleasant waiting staff. Second night was a problem -...

Elegant and efficient! We stayed 2 nights here before heading back to the states. Staff is extremely helpful. If you don't speak Spanish they are proficient in English. Great location. Safe to walk to grocery store around the corner and great restaurants within walking distance if u don't want to eat at one of the hotel Restaurants.

This was a very nice hotel, especially for Ecuador. Extras that were needed were provided at once by courteous staff, but the bed was really hard. The reason for not giving it a 5 is that the rooms are not truly luxurious, although they fit the excellent standards for a good business hotel such as a Hilton (but not quite...

We spent three nights at the Swissotel, the first two on our own and the third as part of the Tren Crucero trip. The hotel allowed us to remain in our room after the first two nights, which was greatly appreciated. The service here is exceptional, which more than makes up for the age of the hotel. Yes, the bathroom...

This 5-star hotel is what you expect - professional, excellent service along with a variety of good restaurant options. We went to the Japanese restaurant one evening and La Laconda another. Both were superb. We enjoyed the warm pool for doing laps and also the gym and spa. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a group and had a suite which had a spectacular view over Quito. The hotel is modern and has all the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The food in the cafe was excellent although the service at the bar was a little slow. We had a plumbing...

A stay at this hotel before and after a Galapagos cruise was a welcome surprise. The rooms are what one would expect of a good, 4-star hotel in the U.S. and the service exceeds what one would expect. The hotel has extensive meeting rooms, a good amount of retail and 4-5 restaurants ranging from burgers to japanese cuisine. The real...
