Recently renovated and conveniently located in a very touristy area near the city center, this hotel has small rooms, modern furniture and hot water in new marble tile bathrooms. Simple and clean not elegant but pleasant and functional. Free cable TV and WiFi. No elevators but not difficult to climb the stairs unless you are handicapped. Staff will carry your...

My husband and I needed one night until our reservation was ready with another B&B half a block away. I reserved the room online. The room assigned was on the 3rd floor. There was no elevator. The website did not mention it. The Receptionist was willing to re-locate us about 5 blocks away. We were too tired. My husband is...

Very small rooms, super basic, but OK for the price; the location, in the other hand, is very good. The third floor was in maintenance so it was impossible to sleep there. The first room I was assigned to, had a very strong smell to paint, so I had to request to be changed. I recommend the hotel over all,...

Nice location and pleasant staff but a lot of noise from fire detectors and laundry area at 4 am. They try to please but no one fixes anything. Light bulbs aren't replaced and water is only warm. I should have stayed somewhere else.

Not impressed by this hotel. In a great location on Reina Victoria-around the corner from Mariscal Foch-which is great if you are going to be out partying all night. If not, you are going to hear everyone else out partying! It is in a very noisy neighbourhood. The staff are most unhelpful and the breakfast is average.

We stayed in a noisy $50 twin room on the streetside. The service is really bad. Both the receptionist and the cleanerwoman show they don't like their jobs. When you ask them something they reply only using one word. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but they made us pay $2,50 per person for it.

Great location on Reina Victoria in the Marescal district for a reasonable price. Liquor store of the lobby and lots of pubs/karaoke/restaurants/shopping nearby.
