I stayed at Los Cedros for Three week as a volunteer. It is a great place to volunteer your time. There are many trails to explore and you get this benefit also when you clear the trails as well. I helped with repairs to the bridge and built a bridge with stones. The accommodations is well up to standard. The...

We saw monkeys and amazing birds before we even reached our accommodations! The rooms were great, hot showers and phenomenal food. We only had 4 days which didn't feel even close to enough time to soak in the...

I spent 4 weeks volunteering at Los Cedros. The owner is American but speaks fluent spanish - he is an interesting environmentalist. Whilst volunteering we had the amazing Suma (a local Ecuadorian lady) cook our meals - she is a great cook!! Jose (the owner) also makes mean pizza and delicious sweet bread. We also had the benefit of the...

It lays in the middle of untouched cloud forest, which is full of birds, butterflies, moths and not at least, orchids. The food is excellent, with home made...
