I absolutely love this place!!! it is amazing, the rooms are superclean workers are so attentive to everything we needed and the hot springs water was and just perfect. They also have a restaurant and the food is to die for. I got a massage great price and it was the best massage I have ever had. Will definitely come...

we stayed at the Termales for one afternoon. We payed only 8$ for the Termales including an delicious meal afterwoods and drink. It is surely not the newest and biggest Termales but for this price we had a really relaxing day. The pools are nice and warm, there were only a fiew people so that we nearly had everything for...

A truly disappointing experience. We chose Pampallacta bc it's a bit cheaper than Termas Papallacta (around 100 USD double room). Here we paid 87 USD (45 in advance) for a double room expecting something simple but at least clean. - The room was nothing like the pictures on their webpage. - Filthy bathroom (stains on the toilet seat.....), horrifying stains...

I stayed in Pampallacta Termales after an arduous 2.5 week hiking trip in Peru and Ecuador. My travel partner and I purposefully planned a spa trip to Papallacta after the hike to relax, and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel room (we got a two-bed room) was extremely spacious, with a huge hot shower and flushing toilet, as...

We couldnt use the hot spring inside the room because the worker only filled it up a few inches, not enough to get it. He said he will come back to fill it up in 8 min. He never did. 3 scams: try to charge u for start up the fire and fill the hot spring ( I talked to...

Got a room for 3 for $75 included a very nice buffet breackfast, cable tv and a private thermal bath, staff was friendly. Wifi could be better since it worked sometimes and the rooms get cold at night, the provided heater didnt do much to warm the place (we didnt have a fireplace).

My wife and I got the name of this hotel mixed up with the more prestigious Termas de Papallacta. We realized the mistake after we had already paid for the stay which we had done by walking in without a reservation. 20 minutes after checking in, I told Andrés of the mistake and asked if we could pay a penalty...

I don't know what all the positive reviews were about, as I think this place is completely depressing. Could totally use a powerwash and a fresh coat of paint. Wi-Fi barely works and is often turned off. Good location as it's only a 10 minute walk to the baths at the top of the hill. Hotel has their own baths...

we where planning on staying in Termas Papallacta well known and a little down the road, but this hotel was full. We where actually positively surprised with Pampallacta. Rooms are around an area with 2 bath, the room has a really cute fire place that heats up the room very well! You almost jump from your bed into the bath....

We had a 97-USD room, and paying that kind of money in Equador you just – rightfully - expect more. The room had a fireplace and a bathtub – but otherwise it was pretty basic. No TV, no telephone, no WIFI. And very, very cold. Actually we couldn´t get the WIFI at the restaurant to work either – and most...
