The shower floor was filthy, with cracks in the tiles and grout missing. This is the breeding place for bacteria, Using this shower, you could be certain to catch any foot/toe nail disease. my wife and I refused to have a shower that night even after a 16 hour flight to get there. The timber floor was dirty and tacky...

This hotel is located in a very very busy square and it is noisy, if you are expecting a quiet night, this is not your place, but to me it was; the view of the square was priceless and the place is clean and nice. The personnel is very nice and helpful. Next time in Valparaiso will stay there again.

Overall a bad experience for us, apparently depending on the room you get. Our room was not comfortable, bathroom ok but seems that the ventilation goes into the room, no wifi access inside our room (I think it works only around the desk and maybe up to the second floor),dead pigeon on the window... We didn't like the place, very...

This place was clean and centrally located. The reception staff were clueless-- I am not sure they have a system-- each new day the new person had no idea was what going on with our reservation. Also the internet was horrible-- super slow! Internet not useful-- most of the website in which I work never loaded. Breakfast horrible-- sugar orange...

It's a beautiful refurbished 3-4 story house accross from plaza Sotomayor right next to the harbor. Wooden floors and stairs. The cellar is a cafeteria. It's comfortable, clean, convenient and has good friendly service. Also it's walking distance from everywhere.

The best point about this hotel is its location: right at the heart of Valparaíso's civic centre. However, this is also its biggest issue, for this area is always busy, there's something always happening, and it is full of tourists and people day and night. Conveniently located, a few steps away from the dock where tourists can board boats to...

This Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old town Valparaiso. Staff were extremely friendly and most helpful. The building itself was full of character ....although there are no lifts......fortunately we were on the first floor. Would definitely return !!!!!

in the center very near the railway station, good value but a bit too much noisy because the Plaza Sotomayor is very busy, but very convenient for restaurants and to visit the city, ok for a couple of nights if you plan to stay more better to find a place quieter.

Located at Plaza Sotomayer, close to the port, beginning of walking tours and restaurants. The staff were very helpful, particularly Gabriel. Always smiling and quick to accommodate a request and answer any questions.

Room: Booked a junior suite – more like a closet – very stuffy and hot room with no proper ventilation. No space to move around if you have a piece of luggage. The bathroom was not cleaned, and probably hadn’t been cleaned in while. Laid down towels and wore sandals to take a shower. Room had a mini-fridge that actually...
