Great place in a restored old house, in super convenient location, in the middle of the historical and cultural area of Valparaiso. Lovely breakfast and beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff! Walls are a bit thin tho, so if there are people talking loudly in the other rooms or downstairs, you can hear pretty much everything. They have wifi but... More

Whilst Casa Kultour was the subject of favorable reviews we with çases and a disabled son made an incorrect decision to stay her. With no street access and steps only to reach it it's only for mobile and light luggage travelers. Breaky was ok and staff quite affable.

Perfect location next to bars and restaurants in cerro Alegre. Bus O is atop Templeman street. House is beautiful, well decorated and typical. Rooms are confortable and have a big bathroom. They should change the bathtub that is in very bad condition though.Breakfast is served too late (9.am to 11.am) but is good and nice. Only problem is is staff,... More

I booked Kultour based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very poor. 1) Flies – Upon opening the door to my room, I was greeted by at least 10 giant flies. One can only have such restful sleep when every few minutes there’s a fly next to your ears. 2) Breakfast – Consists of a shot of... More

Grand locale: right on a dipped-in-the-rainbow, pedestrian-only section of Templeman Street. From here, you can walk everywhere, and I did: up to La Sebastiana, down to the metro. All the staff were helpful and kind-hearted. Bonus: Oliver gives phenomenal tours through Casablanca wine country. I highly recommend!

b&b located right in conception, near lots of excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The owner was really helpful, spoke decent English and helped whenever he could. The cost of this was very reasonable, would recommend.

We first did some ' shopping around' and after running the price gambit we decided to settle for a return visit to Casa Kultour. Since our last visit renovations had been undertaken upstairs such that another room became a Con Bano privado. This room became our choice. The Hostel now has a shared bathroom upstairs as well. If you have... More

The location of this place is fantastic, so close to restaurants, city centre and access to local transport! We stayed in the twin room with the shared bathroom. We had no issues with the room as the beds were comfy we just didn't like the idea of the door locking system for the rooms (small padlock and when in the... More

We stopped at this guesthouse for an afternoon drink on the outdoor patio. The service was friendly and efficient. We inquired about tours to vineyards and discovered that the owner, Oliver, ran tours. We booked him for the following day and he personally drove us to two amazing vineyards and then onto Santiago. He was very informative about the area... More

We stayed for just a single night, having based ourselves in Santiago we decided to spend the night in Valpo in order to explore the town further. Stumbled across the hostel by accident in the very picturesque Cerro, and were very pleasantly surprised. Room was spacious, with en suite shower/bathroom, bed comfy, and clean. Breakfast served and included was wonderful,... More
