Cons: (1) The room key must be in the room for the A/C to run. The west-facing rooms get remarkably hot and it may take hours for a very noisy A/C to do its job. (2) Filthy carpet, very poor lighting in the bathroom, you cannot buy such low quality towels at a Wal-Mart, the (minimalist) toiletries are so cheap... More

A hotel was needed for a two night Santiago stay following a 16 day cruise, so I trusted my travel agent to find one in a city I knew nothing about. Her recommendation, along with Trip Advisor reviews, led to the Attpn El Bosque, a modern business and travel property. Great service, nice rooms, a welcome cocktail, complementary breakfast buffet... More

I stayed there twice by beginning and middle of December. Very comfortable at the room and common places such as lobby, bar and 1st floor lounge. Its location convenience is very good for shopping, eating and drinking. Staff service is really focused to "want to get back to stay there". My special recognition to Mr. Rafael, which is really customer... More

We stayed here on two occasions during our visit to Chile. The hotel was excellent with everything to hand. Good location for Metro and very quiet surroundings with convenience stores close by. Rooms were well equipped and with free wi fi. Beds were large and comfortable, Staff friendly and helpful. Stay here if in Santiago, you won't regret it.

I stayed in this hotel two nights, i really appreciated the view from the room but also from the gym/swimming pool. The location is really good, near the metro, shops but still in a quiet neighborhood. the service is excellent, the rooms have all you can expect from a hotel of this category (plus the view!).

Stayed for two nights during tour of South America. Like all previous reviews, from lobby to rooms, breakfast and staff, it is a well run modern Hotel. The breakfast itself was great choice and most relaxing. The bar area again was most relaxing and great staff. Location is everything you need for short stay in Santiago

We recently completed a 3-week trip, exclusively within Chile. As such, we had many occasions to be in and through Santiago during that time, and stayed at Atton El Bosque on four separate occasions. Overall, the hotel was very nice. It was a business type hotel with well appointed rooms and a very good breakfast buffet. The location was near... More

My stay at Hotel Atton El Bosque was "Excellente!" From the room, restaurant, laundry and monetary exchange services, all goo in my book. I am a runner, so the location was beneficial on the days I needed to hit the pavement. This was my first stay in South America, so this Hotel played a big part in my overall satisfaction!... More

I just spent 7 days at this property, and the rooms are nice and the hotel staff is friendly. Very few of them speak english well, so brush up on your spanish. Only had one issue with the WiFi, but the hotel staff was able to work it out. If you're visiting Santiago, and need a place to stay that... More
