Hotel is clean, comfortable and centrally located (this is the Los Condes location) with great hotel wide wifi. We did have some issues with hotel water, which is why this is a 4, not a 5. It was not a deal breaker. Hotel staff is extremely helpful, they all speak English well. The breakfast was good, different pastries to try...

Very clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Located a few metres from metro station, shopping centre, supermarket, restaurants etc. Good breakfast, plenty of options. The room I stayed in had a small kitchen and a large balcony with a beautiful view of the Andes.

The location is good in that part of Santiago and close to restaurants and Mall. I had a double bedroom suite with a small living room and small kitchen. Breakfast needs improvement and the room refurbished. A bit tired and old style but clean.

A very warm and clean apart-hotel with friendly staff. Beds are quite comfortable. Location is good with lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast spread was OK, though the scrambled eggs do need a change as they are too soggy

The hotel is located on a quiet street in a great safe location. It is a five minute walk to the metro, hop on hop off bus and restaurants. It has a nice lobby and the staff is very friendly and efficient. The concierge was very helpful recommending restaurants and places to go. We got an upgrade to a 2...

I stayed in this hotel from 20 to 25 Sept, 2015. I would like to give this hotel a score of 6 out of 10. It is good but not so great! The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good (though never notice any change in the menu during my 5-day stay) and at a walk-able distance to the Costanera...

- The rooms are very comfortable since they are suites. - They have kitchens, so you can buy your own food. - The reception is good enough. - The breakfast is great! - The location is perfect. It's on a beautiful, tree-lined street, a short walk to the Costanera shopping mall and subway/metro

We are frequently travel to Santiago for long weekends with our kids (2 six yr olds and a three yr old) as we live in the north of Chile. This is one of our favorite places to stay due to the fabulous price, one or two bedroom suites, and great location. The staff all speak English and (of course) Spanish...
