Check in lasts at least 45 minutes, I have no idea what are doing all the time, pretending it's something really important. Renting apartments there is literally no possibility to get another set of keys, what are you informed after waiting another 30 minutes. There's is usually like 3 persons at the reception but I thing they have to play...

Its an average apartment, but worth for the price. Its located within walking distance of the Plaza de Aramas, where the Metropolitan Cathedral and other historic landmarks are located. Also there's a tourist information office where you can purchase tickets for the city bus tour- a double decker open air bus which takes about 2-3 hours. Cerro Santa Lucia is...

We had a one bedroom self contained unit with two single beds, kitchen, bathroom, very small verandah and lounge area. We doing the check in extremely unprofessional, we were told to wait for 20 minutes then finally some form of a manager arrived who took us up an office. The office was like a pigsty - filthy, there was piles...

I recently stayed at the horizon group apartments on two separate ocassions, about 12 days apart.it would appear that it is a bit hit and miss as to which appartment block you get allocated and which floor as to whether you have a good stay or not. On the first stay we were in block B floor 21 and we had...

It was a surprise to find a modern, clean apartment in downtown Santiago. Half a block from Santa Lucía Hill, it's an easy walk to the main Plaza, Mercado Central, and even the Moneda. There is street noise by day but none at night. Just a couple of barking dogs were in nearby apartments, the only con, but not enough...

Very well located at the heart of Santiago. Close to the central market, plaza de armas, etc. There is a supermarket just aside the building, and the Belas Artes subway station 2 min waking. Nice kitchen with dishes and everything if you like cooking. The kitchen was delivered a little bit dirty though.

Rented apartments at a fair price. Clean, pretty well equipped kitchen. Big bed and some of them got a nice view of the mountains overlooking Santiago. The watchmen at the entrance will keep your keys on a envelope ( withe the card of the owner and wifi connection info) if you check in later at night. Safe neighbourghood next to...

Nice apartment, clean, well appointed with a full kitchen, TV, A/C, etc. It is one of several units managed by what I take to be a consortium for condo owners to rent their units. Because of this, it took a bit of time to get checked in but the rental manager was very helpful and went over nearby sites, etc....
