Spent four nights at this hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is located in a safe area wuth easy access to tourist spots. We had no hesitation in walking around the streets both day and night. The room is a typical Ibis room, a little on the small side but very clean and adequate. The staff were very friendly...

A short walk to underground and to Bellavista. Nice and friendly staff which gave precious informations about the city. Good breakfast, even not included on room rate. Good and comfortable room, similar to all other Ibis hotels. Good wifi.

The rooms were clean and standard. No fridge or kettle. Very limited restaurant menu with poor options for local food. Location was a bit in the middle of no where. 2km to the restaurant district. Staff, like most places in South America, have very limited English. Kind enough. Breakfast was average as well, not included. Able to be used as...

Employees at the reception desk need to pay more attention to people waiting in line, not wait for someone to ask you for service. No more complains. Room was clean and big enough. Everyone was very kind.

Excellent location, friendly staff, standard Ibis accommodation. It has everything one would ask for while on a trip to Santiago. Very cost effective. Good breakfast. Working Wi-Fi, free basement parking. No doubt will stay there again.

I strongly recommend this hotel: excellent location, close to the subway and kind staff. Good cost-benefit. Rooms are confortable and simple. Good breakfast. Overall, the kindness of all employees has ben the differential, in my opinion.

This is one hotel where the room size is tiny, no cupboard to hang one's clothes, and where one is expected to buy mineral water from the corner's supermarket (because there is no coffee machine or water boiler in the room). But it scored big on breakfast. Savoury croissants, wonderfully done scrambled eggs, warm milk, chocolate powder at your disposal,...

I have no complaints. Breakfast was plentiful and staff was nice. Nothing fancy or superior but everything I needed other than a face cloth. Breakfast was plentiful and had enough choices to start my day.

This hotel is well placed, being very close to the Manuel Montt metro stop, so it is very easy to get around town. It is also right by the Parque Forestal, which is a great place to go for a walk or a run. The room itself was fairly large and clean, and is well stocked for bathroom supplies. The...
