Spacious room, good Wi Fi connection, large breakfast included. Outdoor pool, concierge will arrange tours for you. Within walking distance of Santa Lucia fort, shopping and restaurants. Good drinks in the bar.

We spent three nights in the Hotel Gallerias when visiting Santiago in late February - early March. Although our room overlooked the main street, it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast offering was pretty complete, with a selection of fruits, egg dishes, meats and breads. We also ate dinner one night at the Hotel which was generally pretty decent. Now...

We were only here for one night, and left early in the morning. But the hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the restaurant was exceptional. Although it was in the middle of downtown, it didn't take long to get to the airport, and we were glad to at least get to see a few things from the taxi...

Charming colonial decor and nice restaurant however we were on eighth floor with windows facing pool area below, so noise until 1 am. Air conditioning kept on switching on and off all night. For people who's body clock is adjusting to the different time zone this was a problem.

We found the hotel staff mostly accomodating and the room to be lovely and big, and we did not have trouble with the airconditioning as per others comments, however overall we found the hotel a little tired, with all amenities (pool... rooms... carpets) looking like they need freshening up. It is also not situated in such a great area of...

We stayed 2 nights before taking a bus to Valparaiso for the start of a cruise. We slept well after our travel from the U.S. The staff was helpful and the location excellent for walking to points of Interest. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and their restaurant is excellent. Small elevators and lobby would be a minor criticism.

I stayed in room 1223, jus one night (Sunday 21st/Monday 22nd) and woke up with bites from bedbugs. It's such a shame that such a popular hotel among travellers allow this to happen. Breakfast buffet looked like had been sitting there for days, and there were no gluten free or lactose free options (only fruits). It's centrally-located and spacious but...

Well located hotel . Clean spacious rooms . Ask to view room location first . We had a nice room but tucked away in a small hallway extension area. Tea and coffee avail in Libya area. Breakfast available after 6.30 am . Reception staff helpful and polite. Well located within walking distance to shopping mall and tourist sights. Don't let...

We stayed 3 nights in this very nice, very handy to all types of attractions hotel. The room was clean, well furnished and seviced. Breakfast was all we could wish for and the pool was a welcome sight in the afternoons. Meals could be had in the restaurant if wished for. We got coffee by the pool one night and...

The hotel was a welcome respite after a very long flight from the US. Rooms are quite large and the bed was comfortable. Our group had 3 rooms and 1 of the rooms had minimal AC during some very hot days. Maintenance did arrive to check but there was no improvement. The guests in that room spent several very uncomfortable...
