Quiet street in Providencia close to restaurants. Rooftop pool is tiny but has nice views. Rooms are comfortable and in our case quiet. Beware of hotel arranged taxis with inflated flat rates. Meter taxis are cheap and plentiful.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in November before our cruise, leaving from Valparaiso. The location is perfect. We felt very safe and there are lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel. The best part of this hotel is the staff. The reception staff are the best I have ever encountered. So friendly and knowledgeable. We would...

The last country of a 4 week South American tour, Chile was, refreshingly, the best stop. After changing time zones around 5 times in 3 weeks, we arrived in Santiago late at night and were held back at immigration for 2 hours as we didn’t have the money to pay the country entry fee. Our pesos were in our checked-in...

Stayed twice at this hotel. Overall it was an excellent value for Santiago - spotless modern rooms, excellent safe area, with many great restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in this hotel at the beginning and end of our trip to Torres del Paine. Prior to going to Chile, we booked our transports to and from the airport and a couple of day trips (city tour/wine country and valparaiso/vina del mar) thru the onsite tour company--Arianna was very easy to work with. The hotel is in the...

We stayed here for a total of four nights in a 17 night tour of Chile. I wouldn’t recommend it particularly. It’s between half an hour and an hour’s drive from the airport depending on the time of day. We arrived early, after an overnight flight from Europe and our room wasn’t ready. As we had been travelling for 24...

This hotel is a great place to stay in Santiago. It is very convenient to the subway that makes getting around convenient and reasonable. In the neighborhood there are many restaurants featuring local cuisine, coffee shops and many stores for shopping. The hotel has a restaurant and if you have breakfast included it is a good deal. The staff is...

Truly loved the area and spirit of this hotel. Staff was truly warm and the concierge (Juan) went out of his way to find us everything we asked for...spending a lot of time on the phone to get all the latest information on the green bike evening tours and then lots of information about the Metro which is less than...

I read the reviews here before booking this hotel and agree with the positive comments. The staff was friendly, very accomodating, and most spoke English. The hotel was quite on Sunday and Monday nights. However, there is a strip of clubs very near the hotel, which might create noise during a weekend or party nite. The hotel was just about...
