do not stay here!! wifi do not work! they charge u although u do not come! the bathroon is dirty the apartment is very old!! not like the picts!!! liers!! after 9 pm u are alone!! no one help u if something do not work!!!

I got not a visa for chili because the website of chili write that i need a tourist card, at the airport they want to see a VISA, i cancel the reservation direct and these hotel charge me the full amount . not for one day the hole 6 days

We spent a comfortable week in their 12th floor apartment. The apartment has a separate sleeping and sitting room which is ideal for us. Appart Hotel (with kitchen) in a Complex of 4 towers with covert wimingpool on the Top (TA), lavery and other services... well placed in the Bella Artes quarter, close to commodity (market, shop, restaurants, etc.), attraction (historical center, Bella artes museum, cero santa lucia). really well for one to tree people and to discover and visit santiago. I agree with previous reviews, this apartment was very hard to find, for us this was all part of the adventure and the Chileans are so helpful we had someone stop us int he street to offer assistance. The front reception area speak absolutely no English and write down a number for you with charade directions. This actually means go...

I stayed here for 2 nights in the 1 bedroom apartment firstly this place was so hard to find, I didn't get any information or directions. when you get there you enter this gate and then go through this door into this high rise building and then got directions from the receptionist of this building which is residential then go...
