Staying at the Hotel Loreto was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our recent trip to Santiago. We used their excellent website to get all the information we needed before booking, and secured our room with just a couple of clicks (best of all, they don’t pre-charge you for your room). I had a couple of questions before we traveled,...

We only spent one night here but had an excellent experience. We actually chose the hotel because we had a car and the hotel offers parking nearby. They seem to cater to large tour groups, but it still suited us well as individual travelers. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were very large and clean. Free wifi in room. Convenient location,...

This is a very nice place, and we were very sad to have missed our first night here, due to missed airline connections. It is clean, modern and located in a central location for sightseeing in Santiago. We were met by the friendly staff and they made sure our room was ready for us, even though we checked in quite...

The hotel is clean, simple, modern-ish and well-kept. We had a room on the third floor with a great little side balcony. The rooms are very nice for the price, but the best part of the hotel is the common spaces. There's a nice communal space inside on an upstairs level with lots of seating and an amazing roof terrace...

The hotel is centrally located to markets, museums, railway, botanic gardens, restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff speak English well and could not do enough for us. The hotel is sleek, modern and clean. Breakfast, although limited, was plentiful and the chef was wonderful (could sing in English). The top floor terrace is a bonus as it is equipped with comfy...

Our room was clean and fresh and the staff who spoke excellent English were immediately there if you had any problems with the TV etc. Also great advice with local attractions and tours. We had issues with a transfer that didn't arrive at the airport (organised by our tour company) and then issues with a cab driver re the fare...

My experience at this hotel was flawless. The staff are so friendly and the place is very modern and clean. The breakfast is good. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was and how central it was. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. Highly recommended and at a great price! The Bella Vista neighborhood...

Great hotel. Very clean with breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff who speak English fluently. Walking distance to the main attractions in the old town, including only a five minute walk to Barrio Bella Vista for dinner in the evening. Free wifi and the concierge will even lend you a BIP card (public transport card) that you can top up...

Wonderful experience at this hotel. My spanish is not good at all but the staff spoke excellent English and were very informative about the area. The hotel is very close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and bars. For things that require more travel, it was only a $10 cab to buses going to other cities and was walking distance to...

Our stay at this hotel got off to a shaky start. When we arrived late in the afternoon after a long trip over the Andes from Mendoza Argentina we were told that the room that we had reserved months in advance was not available for that night. The staff were very apologetic but said there was nothing they could do...
