Small hotel, small rooms... but the value of the persons working at the hotel is so high, the atmosphere of the hotel is so intimate that you really feel at home. Good as well the breakfast The plus for me it's the position close to the Barrio Bellavista and in general to the Bohemian side of the city.

Stayed here in one of their single rooms for three nights in August. Staff were lovely, perfect English spoken at reception and even the kitchen and cleaning staff were so friendly every morning. My room was in a walkway next to the breakfast room which meant there was lots of noise. It would be worth requesting a room on a...

Let me tell you, that this hotel was amazing from the moment the taxi stood infront of their door. The bellboy came to the taxi as he knew we were checking in( some sort of cominication between the driver and the bellboy ) but in reality it was the Bellboy gut. The first thing the bell boy asked, how much...

Great place to stay in boho Belles Artes area. Facilities lovely, and stylish. And the staff are champions of helpfulness, friendliness and charm. AN especially kind moment when they were happy for us to shower and tidy up before leaving the town for a very late night flight. We had checked out hours ago.

This was an excellent hotel. Just a short stroll to the Bellas Artes Museum, Bellas Artes metro, the night life in Pio Nono and a decent stroll to Lastarria. Cleanliness was superb, rooms spacious and the bathroom we had was huge and even had a jacuzzi. We stayed on the third floor (triple sharing room) which was a bit difficult...

This is a budget hotel. The room has most things it needs, but a little cramped. The family atmosphere, however, is what makes this place. The breakfast is basic, but good. The owner is so inviting & helpful.

The room was very comfortable and spacious especially compared to the other hotels we stayed at all through South America. Location is perfect, within walking distance to many places like Bella Vista which was a Bohemian style area, there is a little colourful marketplace there too and nice restaurants. We walked around the main square so this hotel was very...

Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff were a feature of the Loreto. A small hotel with stairs only, we were on the first floor. The common areas are very arty and you could see it would be a great venue for a function. The bed was large and comfortable and a good size, however the bathrooms are very tight. If...

This hotel has a good location. It is in a calm road and well insonorised. It is not far the center of the town, and near Bellavista and restaurants, house of Pablo Neruda and Cerro San Christobal. The breakfast is good and served between 7 am and 10 during opening days ; 11 in week end. That's a good idea....

Very basic hotel... Tiny room and very tiny bathroom... Nowhere to put toiletries, shower leaked all over floor. My heating did not work so freezing cold. Hardly room to put suitcase... And I am a single! However, pleasant front desk staff. Nice courtyard and easy walk to main square.
