The hotel itself is cute and our room was clean and quite spacious. The manager was very friendly and was kind enough to give us a bottle of wine before we left. The location is excellent - we walked everywhere from the hotel and there is plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby. If you're interested in checking out some bars...

Very nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is super and people are very friendly and helpfull. English is no problem as well and the location is superb. Only 15 mins walk to the historic centre and Christoffel mountain and in the midst of the great Bellavista Area. We are absolutely coming back to this place. A real treat for a real...

Stayed for three nights, and had a great time. Nice clean rooms, excellent quality price. Only minor was different quality of breakfast, one day no eggs, another day really old bread, the third day perfect. Definitely a good recommendation, walking to town and restaurants safe as well.

I stayed at this property for three nights in early December. The staff is very friendly, informative and all spoke English. The location of this hotel made it easy to visit the main tourist areas. We took two walking tours and they started just a few blocks away from this hotel. The nightlife and restaurants of the Bella Vista neighborhood...

Let me start with the positives. The interior of the hotel and the staff are very nice. The rooms are very comfortable. The location though is a little problematic. The hotel was difficult to find, and has a pool hall next door (tattoo parlor a couple of stores down). While there is secure parking, it is difficult to get into....

One of the best experiences in many years of traveling all over the world. I is not a big but very cosy hotel with super motivated staff to make you feel welcome in Santiago. Nice pool and garden. We even had a great party at the terras there with our friends who stayed in hotels all over Santiago. Great place...

This Annex of the Hotel Loreto is located in a mansion. The neighbourhood is nice and in walking distance to the cool restaurants in the Bellas Artes area. Everything looked quite new. Our room on the top floor had a nice bathroom and even a private rooftop patio! There is also a courtyard with a pool and some chairs. Breakfast...

We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. Great quincho / outdoor patio. The staff are very friendly and gave us good advice on where to visit and eat. Would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone going to Santiago.

In Chile, just about everyone at the reception desk speaks fluent English. Alexander was particularly helpful in giving us a headsup of what to do and the best places to eat. The hotel is an ancestral home transformed into a lodging, and lacks current day updates. However, it has some very interesting architectural details and woodwork. Across the street, less...

I was at Hotel Casona Loreto last week with a group of Friends. We spend a nice time near the Barbecue next to the pool. The hotel is perfectly located, with excellent restaurantes and pubs nearby to spend a few nights in Santiago downtown. Just 8 rooms, new and comfortable The service crew was very gentle helping our group in...
