I would recommend this lovely hotel to everyone visiting Santiago. Reasons: - Top location - Great breakfast - Cozy atmosphere - Friendly staff - Good value for money I spent 2 nights there and we were very satisfied about this hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Santiago
We stayed there when the protests were getting worse last weekend. Such a nice place, but the city had a curfew. Jose, from the desk, made us dinner, and the guests all hung out together for 4 hours in the dining room. We made lemonade out of lemons! It's a great location.
Amazing hotel located in the best spot in Santiago. Very gentle and super clean. Very good price and friendly staff, special for tourist. Great experience!!! Good wine and service, good restaurants near by. Will definitely comeback and recommend.
I arrive to the hotel and find the doors are locked and no one at reception im outside w my bags for 5 min till someone a sees me at the door and let's me in. There is no access to the hotel unless they buzz u in , I check in only to find the bathroom is seperate from the room which is down the hall. Next I get into my room and find that I locked myself in the room and I can't get out. I have to call the receptionist to let out of my room. This is my first 10 min into my stsy I want to leave asap
This is a great boutique hotel located at the heart of Santiago. There is a subway station nearby, and there are a lot of nice restaurants and one of Pablo Neruda's houses within walking distance. The staff is excellent, and so is the breakfast. The rooms are also very confortable. There is only one caveat: they do not have elevators, so be prepared to climb stairs!
