Location was excellent, breakfast was fantastic, the pool had ample shade and the water was refreshing, and the room was unique, spacious, refreshing rain shower and nice patio. There were plenty of nooks in the place to get away, read and relax and the staff were incredible and accommodating!

The hotel staff were all wonderful! Our room was large, nicely done and very quiet. The hotel had lots of public areas to sit and relax, all beautifully decorated. We have staid in 3 places in Santiago and this definitely was the best!

We booked two nights at The Aubrey at the end of our holiday and it did not disappoint - the hotel was full of character with lots of nice additions like pisco sours in the evening and the option of champagne on arrival. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool given the weather was quite hot. All the staff were warm...

The property is very very nice and makes you feel like a celebrity! Big iron gate keeps the property private! While expensive I think it's worth it. The staff is amazing with the exception one person who acts a bit to serious and comes off unfriendly (Bruno) He is helpful but he needs to smile more! Craig is the best...

We stayed at the Aubrey hotel for 5 days in November 2016. What makes this hotel is the incredible staff it employs, from the lovely Bruno greeting us on our first day, we genuinely felt like we were staying with friends. Suggesting restaurants, outings, booking taxis and taking an interest in what we had been up to during the day....

We stayed at The Aubrey Boutique Hotel for 4 nights in late Sept. The hotel is beautifully decorated but style is not at the expense of function or comfort. Things work & look great at the same time - which too often is not the case. We loved our spacious room - The Venetian. The public spaces such as the...

This review is long overdue, but it has been a crazy year for us! We stayed at the Aubrey in December 2015. We were spending two weeks in South America: first in Concon, then traveling through the Andes to Mendoza, Argentina, and finishing our vacation in Santiago at the Aubrey. We ran into a major problem in trying to cross...

The worst thing about staying here....and be warned.....is you will literally never want to leave ! I stayed a week and can honestly say I've never stayed in such a fabulous hotel. Many people had said to me that I only needed a few days to see Santiago but once I had checked in to The Aubrey I began to...

I booked this hotel based on multiple reviews saying how good it was. It was a great hotel in that it was in a central location, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the breakfast was filling and the pool was well maintained. HOWEVER nobody seems to have mentioned that it is situated near nightclubs meaning it can be very...

Thank you for your review of the Aubrey, we are pleased you enjoyed the hotel and our central location. We apologize for the second night, although we are very vigilant with the neighbourhood, sometimes it is beyond our control, last week the city seemed to be full of people protesting for one or another reason which did not help the...

i spent almost a week here with my sister in separate rooms. The hotel is in a great location next to the funicular with lots of nearby bars and restaurants and not far from the city centre. The hotel itself is very interesting with a pool bar courtyard and lovely furniture. The staff were wonderful :). My sister lost here...

Hi Peter, Thank you for taking the time to post your opinion of the hotel. We really are located in the fantastic Bellavista area with access to various dining and entertainment options, parks, museums and many of the city´s cultural landmarks. As always the staff are always happy to help and we were glad we could get the earrings back...
