The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is fairly basic with no frills and no lift. The rooms are clean and tidy. Absolutely fine for a stop over. I would have gone for very good if there had been a little more selection for breakfast, you will be hungry by mid morning

Our breakfast is a basic buffet. Our guests can eat everything they want to not feel hungry mid-morning. Thank you for the nice comments to our staff.

We booked this hotel through our travel agent from 25th to 30th December but decided to check out nexte day. The double room has got no furniture other than a chest of drawers and a double bed. The double room provided is so small that it is impossible to move within the room after putting two suitcases. The hotel is in...

We are sorry to read that your experience was no good enough. All the information about our hotels are available on each website that we are offered (lift, rooms, fornitures, etc). Particulary on Hotel DaCarlo, we have different kind of rooms (small, medium and large), always will be better to check before to get.

We stayed here for 3 nights, hotel is very basic and cheap. It is clean and there was plenty of space in the rooms. Breakfast was continental, it was ok to start the day off. Best thing about this hotel is your opposite the bus station.

My partner booked a room at Hotel Dacarlo for 3 nights and it was appalling. Reason for my opinion on this are as follows: 1. Hotel will not keep your travel baggage once you checked out; 2. Room was not ready even at 2:30pm! 3. Terrible staffing. Staff at reception was on a personal call and was busy engaging in...

Hotel Dacarlo is cheap. The rooms are decent size as are bathrooms. Aircon, TV and WiFi included. If you are arriving on bus or overnight between buses this hotel is perfect.- just out the back of the bus station. However, if you want to stay in Santiago for more than 2 nights then I would highly recommend forking out for...

Good cost-benefit,as had good (self service) breakfast Included. Nice rooms, family environment, helpful employees. The more convenient is that is really close to the bus and train station also close driving from the Airport, is great to look after your budget. Also there are resourceful shopping center and restaurant around (fast food) close to main avenue and metro stations. Prices...

I needed a place to stay near the bus station/estacion central after arriving in Santiago at 2am and this place fit the bill. It was a 10-minute walk from the Alameda terminal and 20-minutes from San Borja and the train station. My room was clean and comfortable, the WiFi was fast, breakfast was generous for a budget hotel and all...

This is the first hotel of the group I tried years ago and I happily share the experience. While traveling with my Chilean friend, we would go by bus to visit his family in the south and he had booked the rooms there. This is definitely not the best looking surroundings in the city, and there is a lot of...

In spite of the not so good-looking surroundings (and I must confess that I was pretty scared until I got used to it), this hotel is quite reasonable for those who just want a place to take a shower and sleep after touring the city the whole day, and don't really care to the fact that there are no elevators...

This hotel wasn't the best, but me and my two friends had a good stay here. It is in a little bit of a rougher neighbourhood, but its part of the charm, the surrounding buildings are covered in grungy and colourful street art. It was good, but take that as good for the price. It had wifi so we could...
