Having read the other reviews I find I have little more to add to the descriptions of this beautiful and relaxing place. We found nothing that needed "maintaining"; everything was very clean and "ship shape". Even the drive to the property was pretty, with volcanoes, small cheese stands etc. to entertain us. Our only complaint was that as with most...

My husband and I have been traveling around Chile for the past month and decided to go here for 3 nights. First of all, you will not find a more beautiful, peaceful setting--far from everything, surrounded by lakes, volcanoes, mountains and rain forests. We had a room that faced the lake, which I would highly recommend, and a package that...

If you want to be a 5 stars all inclusive hotel then you benchmark with the best in this class. In this context this hotel is not yet there. The location and surroundings are simply astonishing, arguably in one of the most beautiful places in Chile, near lakes, national parks, skying center etc so the potential is absolutely there. Unfortunately...

We went during low season and had a great time. The staff was very polite and helpful, but we consider the place needs some serious improvements. To begin with, our room was very cold and had to request maintenance, but even after that, the towel drier never worked. The hotel was under repairmen (understandable during low season) so many services...

Hot springs, bowling, food, and whiskey all included. Nice restaurants, beautiful setting, and for an all inclusive, affordable. Room was sparse but clean. Not enough towels. Food was good. Beer was cold and plentiful. The lanes were clean and slick. Great time for the kids.

It is a destination location so if you arrive early you have no other place to go until the "official" check-in time unless you want to pay an extra fee to have lunch, use your room and the facilities. The food is buffet, well made, substantial variety. As a person using a cane, I was placed on level 4, but...

We take this expensive trip annually with my inlaws because this is the only all inclusive in the south of Chile (where we live). We pay almost $90 per person/day for swimming in a pool that has been being remodeled forever, average food, & unfriendly staff in the restaurant. We first started going in 2005 and they were always remodeling...

Excellent service, everything works fine and if it doesn´t they´ll quickly fix it for you. The food is totally delicious, the place is very beautiful and comfortable, everything seems to have been well thought of. We got a very good deal during low season via trip advisor. The hotel is really great as is the locaiton and views. Rooms are tidy and comfortable.
