We had a good stay for onze night on our way to Petrohue. The hotel is nice and the rooms have everything you need, but the floors are creaky and the rooms thus noisy. Other than that it's a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The owner suggested to go to Romahue, a shelter for puma's in the jungle. A...

I don't understand the high ratings for this place. It's easily a 10-15 minute walk from anything interesting, and the rooms are beat. Stained, worn carpet; uncomfortable mattresses; tiny bathrooms; surly (at best) service. Barely a step up from a hostel, and far from "boutique hotel". NOISY -- you can hear every conversation, every step, every door shut, every trip...

We stayed in this hotel for 1 week. We have asked for a room with a balcony and got the breathtaking view on the lake and volcano Osorno on the top floor. Beds and room was very comfortable. Everything was functioning and in a very good maintained condition. Employees very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. Good coffee, cereals, fruits,...

Great location in between the center 'downtown' and right near the lakeshore. Easy to walk anywhere. Beautiful common space with comfortable couches, big windows, letting the sunshine spill in. The rooms were very comfortable, although the pillows left a little to be desired (of course this is personal opinion). There is no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby....

This is really a jewel... it is a small boutique hotel with all the amenities in the room including giant bath towels, flat screen with HBO and a nice bed. The staff is clearly helpful in every way.. it is at a perfect location just outside the town (a nice 5 min walk) and adds in every way to a...

A great place to stay in Puerto Varas; it is a short and enjoyable walk from the centre - either along the lake or through the streets. This hotel has character and style and the staff were friendly and helpful. Try for a room on the top floor overlooking the lake with a balcony. And don't miss out on La...

I wanted to like this place, but would look elsewhere next time. I booked here for two separate stays. The noise level in the corridors is high. I never did meet the owners who are referenced in other reviews, and never dealt with anybody at the desk who spoke ANY English. OK, I try en Español, bu I do need...

Rambling hotel in a residential area. Decor is dated, but interesting. Generous breakfast with excellent coffee cake. We had take-out pizza in the large lounge area one evening and staff were very accommodating. No elevator.

We stayed here three separate times as a base for exploration. The rooms are of adequate size and are clean. The higher rooms are preferable because of the view and they seem to be larger. The hotel is in a residential area about a 15 minute easy walk from the heart of town, with off-street parking. If you don't want...

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel which is located out of the main town ( taking about 15/20 mins to walk into the centre). We had a double room at the front of the hotel and we found the room a little noisy; this was a combination of plumbing and timber floors. There is an attractive sitting room just...
