Fairly central. Walking distance to Plaza des Armas, Ripley, the port. Great views from dining room on 7th floor. Comfy room. Good pillows. Helpful staff. A very good breakfast is included in price and if you are hungry after this it is your own fault.

First, I am a budget traveler, and as such. My stay at this hotel was horrible. Here are the problems I encountered: 1. WiFi did not work in room as promised, 2. The hotel is cold and not heated 3. Receptionist working in the evenings is a grouch, 4. Breakfast at this hotel are terrible. My first breakfast had sour...

We stayed there recently for 2 nights and was going to extend but nobody from the staff speak English and we unfortunate don't speak Spanish. I know we are the visitors but that's why we book into a hotel and not private stay so we can get an advise on the city, places to eat or go or book tours....

Contrary to some of the other reviews written here, our five night stay at the Antupiren Hotel was wonderful. True, it is not a five star hotel as some reviewers might have wished but it was reasonably priced. The rooms were comfortable with nice bathrooms, beds were very comfy and good views of the city. The highlight for us was...

I can't remember exactly why we booked this place (perhaps price) but it was terrible and not worth it if it was free. The location is seedy. The hotel locks the front door, and the "receptionist" needs to come and unlock when ever you arrive. In addition, there is some security disclaimer (in spanish) that they make you sign on...

Unless you have to be there in order to start a cruise from the ferry pier, Puerto Montt has nothing to offer to tourists. The Antupiren hotel has a strong sixties/seventies feel. Located in a somewhat drab but quiet environment. Check in was very slow, bureacratic and cumbersome. Got the idea that the receptionist did it for the first time.
