Hotel boss is an average hotel. Nice to stay for short stays. You can hear everything from the hallway in the room. And the 10pm quiet time was never adhered to. View was of a wall and room service was too pricey for the portion size. Great location however TV’s should be smart tv’s and/ or allow for the option to chrome cast or airplay.

We were served by Amirul at the front counter. His service was the best. He greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed in Singapore. When we requested to have an early check in, he was more than happy to cater to our needs. Our check in was supposed to be in the afternoon but Amirul did his best to check us in in the morning.

If I didn't have to attend to a meeting nearby I wouldn't even get near this hotel.. Too small room, not recommended for claustrophobic. Not welcoming reception staff. Not responsive to phone calls nor emails. Big hotel, too crowdy. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and well equipped, but everything is miniature about the room. Wifi is good, no minibar, no closet, no safe box, very small bed.

The hotel was very helpful. They help me to get an early check-in on my two reservations. Love the cleanliness of the room, all working well (AC, hot water). They clean the room everyday and change the towels with the new one as well. And I love the kindness of Mr Faizal. This gentleman is awesome. He helped us to get taxi, gives directions and suggestions of interesting places nearby and how to get there and even he gave us free mineral water.

For the price this hotel is terrible. In fact it is more like a hostel than a hotel. The dining room turns into a run-fest in the morning with hundreds of people crammed into a small area with insufficient seats. The breakfast is total chaos with people everywhere, nobody queuing and mad rush to grab food and seats. If you leave your seat to get some more food then someone will take your seat without question. The rooms here are absolutely tiny; you can hardly move around. There is no wardrobe for clothes. The bathroom is small but adequate. There is a decent swimming pool on the 4th floor as well as a playing area for children, laundrette and ironing station. The staff are very polite and helpful but are generally worked off their feet. There is noise in the corridors most of the time with guests messing around. The shops on the outside of the building are not to be trusted; they try to scam you in any way they can. The grocery store sold me 2 drinks at $5 each but when it came to paying he said it was $15, I had to pay. The money changer displayed one rate but was giving much lower rate. The hotel is within a short walking distnace of a MRT station which is convenient.

Boss Hotel is a busy and quality hotel in Singapore. It is huge and therefore has many people coming and going. The staff there is diligent and the places redidually tended too. I was a little disappointed with some fellow Australians who thought they would flaunt the no glass in the pool rule by skolling beers and smoking darts while chillin at the shallow end. Good set up there however and loved it overall.

Great location but extremely busy hotel. I suppose due to CNY. Breakfast quality was poor and as being busy most of the time the breakfast room ran out of crockery or food and couldnt get what was on offer, was disappointing. Room was small. However, The house keeping and daily cleaning was good. Staff working hard and were friendly but my stay overall was average.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of February. It was booked for us by our travel agent as part of a 3 centre holiday. On arrival the large lobby area was busy with school parties. The lobby area was always busy. However we were seen to straight away and given our key to our room. I expected our room to be small and compact as I had read this in the review. It definitely was small which was OK to start but by the end it did get us down as you had to constantly move suitcases around. Thankfully we didn't spend much time in the room. The room was equipped with a safe, kettle, 2 fresh bottles of water daily and fridge. No wardrobe but you did get a couple of hangers. The bed was firm but we did sleep OK. The air-conditioning was adequate but it did keep resetting to 28 degrees everytime we took the key card out of the electricity slot. The lowest setting on it was 21 degrees. WiFi throughout the hotel was good. The shower had a good water pressure and you had 2 clean towels provided daily. Breakfast was like a cattle market, it was extremely busy and unfortunately it didn't really cater for European travellers. I personally didn't like the constant pressure of having to push past people to try and get some food. We only ate breakfast in the hotel twice, we decided to grab breakfast out the other 2 days. The hotel was in a good location near Lavender Station on the East West Line. We used the underground to get about Singapore. We also walked from the hotel to Gardens by the bay and Suntec City shopping centre to get the bus tour. The hotel also has a luggage store area which we used on our last day. Check out was 11am. Would we stay here again, probably not, breakfast let it down for us.
