Had a complimentary upgrade to the Dahlia Villa as we were a newlywed couple on our honeymoon and had just celebrated our wedding dinner at the associated restaurant Jia He Grand - the food and service there was exceptional by the way. Service and staff were personable, attentive and friendly throughout, and housekeeping and administration were prompt in dealing with different requests. Had a lovely three day two night stay with my new wife in a lovely room which was spacious and well-furnished, with an outdoor jacuzzi to boot. Complimentary meals were provided throughout our stay at the niche, quiet and welcoming skyline lounge, where the food was delicious and the staff were eager to impress with their welcoming attitude. Would definitely be keen to revisit in future.

I had the great pleasure of staying at One Farrer recently and would highly recommend it for a visit to Singapore. The front house staff did their very best to accommodate us after an early flight arrival and our room was so comfortable, spacious and well appointed with spectacular views. Having access to the Skyline Lounge was a great bonus and exceptional value. A very special mention to Malek in the lounge who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable every time we visited. His service was exceptional. The hotel is a short walk to the Farrer Park MRT station and offers a perfect location for sightseeing. Thank you One Farrer for making our short stay in Singapore so memorable.

It is my 1st visit to Escape at One Farrer. It was definitely a very pleasant dining experience. Food is excellent and staff Mike provided such good customer service. Durian salat is awesome. The signature lobster laksa serving is so big. Atmosphere is good as well. I will highly recommend this dining venue.

Firstly, I just want to give big thanks to Narem & Suresh. Awesome front desk staff. I accidently booked th wrong dates and they went above and beyond to help sort it out in a cool, calm manor. So thank you. As for the hotel, I think it was fine. I did not have a bad experience and had an adequate stay. I just don't think it is a 5 star hotel due ot the following reasons: 1. Noise. It's very noisy. Paper thin walls; I could hear everything in other rooms and had to go speak to them. Also parties at the hotel were super loud. 2. The room is fine, but felt a little small and not premuim for a 5 star. 3. The pool is nice but was pretty dirty on the table and felt a little abandoned. 4. The spa is not great. Not real jets so more of a hot/cold bath. If you get a good deal on price I think you will have a adequate stay. However, I would not over pay as it is not a 5 star and I stay in a lot of hotels.…

Stayed in the Mint Room with Skyline Lounge access and the experience was a pleasant one! Malek was very attentive to our needs and service was very prompt when we were at the Skyline Lounge. The environment was very pleasant and chill as well, and convenient for us as it is connected to the MRT and the nearby mall, so that we are able to access other places easily even when it's raining. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here!

Hand down the most underrated hotel in Singapore. Great location surrounded by culture(little india) and crazy good food! Super impressed with the service rendered at the Skyline Lounge by Malek! Oh yes, the awesome swimming pool at level 6 too! Highly recommended if your visiting Singapore or even for staycation!
